Since April 2022, we have been offering this characteristic home in Warffum. Take a step back and enjoy the still undiscovered vast Groninger Hogeland. The house is located directly next to the Medieval church on the largest mound in the Netherlands. Many beautiful authentic villages in the area, the endless polders and the bird (spot) rich salt marshes of the Wadden Sea can be admired within cycling distance. A visit to the city of Groningen and the islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum is also worth it!

Discover the Groningen countryside. Here awaits an oasis of peace and vast vistas. Let yourself be enchanted by the vastness of the landscape. Although the silence reigns here, it is bustling with activities. Come and enjoy the charm of small-scale activities. Explore the picturesque villages. Nearby you will find the Lauwersmeer area, the Waddenzee. The seal shelter in Lauwersoog. From there you will also board the boat to Schiermonnikoog. Pieterbuur

XL- Tiny house in Pieterburen. Close to world heritage nature reserve, the Wadden Sea. National Park Lauwersmeer, National Park Drents Friese Wold, National Park Drentse A. Read a book, run, knit, spin a record or listen to the silence, the birds or each other. You sleep in the master bedroom or in a cozy bedstee or in the loft. On request/for an additional fee, you can use the wood-fired pizza oven and/or hot tub in your private garden! Welcome! Also nice, we work almost purely Ecologically!

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

The Wandelschuur

The Wandelschuur is on the edge of the forest, within walking distance to the Waddenzee and Lauwersmeer. Decorated with taste and color, moreover, there are no houses and buildings to see when you look out through the high glass facade with French doors. The Wandelschuur is a wooden cottage on a residential yard. You will sleep in the romantic loft in a spacious double bed. A nice base for mudflat walking, a day in Schiermonnikoog, hiking, cycling around Lauwersmeer, eating fish, etc. :)

Enjoy the beautiful views all year round, the lambs in spring and the colorful flowers in your private garden in the summer. Or take a tour of our large garden and relax under our veranda.

Bird-free

Beautifully located on the edge of the nature park'de Lauwersmeer', this old workers' house stands with a clear view over the countryside . A mecca for bird lovers or for those who just want to get away. Everything is at a slow pace here. Get fish on Lauwersoog and pick mussels on the dyke , a nice walk through the park and/or mudflat walking through the mudflat with a campfire under the stars in the evening, who would like to come from near and far...

Holiday farm, peace and space

An authentic farmhouse with a huge living room and living/dining kitchen overlooking the fields from where you can count the pheasants and deer. It is a nice house for several families where everyone has enough living space. In the past there were cows in the stable, now it is an arable farm where the grain is harvested in the summer and the sugar beets are grubbed in the autumn.

Cozy tiny house in space

Enjoy our cozy tiny house on the space near our farm with horses and our other animals. This beautiful cottage is equipped with everything so you can fully enjoy all that beautiful Groningen has to offer! After our driveway of about 800m, you are assured of fresh air. The Tiny House is one of two Tiny Houses on our property at the end of a dead-end road. Be welcome!
