The room is approx. 35m² in size, has its own kitchen and bathroom and offers space for 2 adults and up to 2 children with a double bed and a sofa bed. The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

Beautiful mini loft, very high-quality furnishings, in the heart of Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. In the middle of the Theodorhof, a former barracks site, with its beautiful buildings and versatile tenants. The landlord is the nullviernull Tonproduktion, which converted an old bunker complex into 11 beautiful offices and mini-lofts with a lot of love for detail. A bus stop is nearby and it takes less than 4 minutes to get to BAB 7, Bahrenfeld exit.

Es verfügt über eine komplett ausgestattete kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Kochplatte und Mikrowelle. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht inklusive können aber für € 15 pro Aufenthalt und pro Person dazu gebucht werden. Bitte gebt uns hierzu eine kurze Information. Die Gebühr wird vor Ort entrichtet.

Beautiful two-room apartment just outside Hamburg. You can reach the city center of Hamburg in about half an hour by public transport. A bus stop is right outside the door. Halstenbek train station with free P+R parking is approx. 3 minutes away by car. The airport is about 20 minutes by car. Free parking for guests is right on the side street. You are welcome to park with us for unloading and loading.

Small but nice! Those who love nature and tranquility will feel very comfortable here in Hamburg Neugraben! The apartment is very comfortably furnished. Netflix included. :) And for those who love the hustle and bustle: Hamburg city center is not far away. Half an hour and you're in the middle of the action. For up to 2 people. Our simple little house offers a well-equipped pantry, shower room/toilet, dining area, cozy sofa and tiled stove on the first floor. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view.
