Very nice, generously sized, clean basement apartment, all very comfortable and comfortable, including a workspace. And it is a wonderfully quiet residential area. However, the wifi is a little weak on the chest and in the basement normal cell phone network is weak. Therefore, probably no internet connection of the smart TV. But it worked with the cell phone hotspot near the window.
