From this quiet, centrally located accommodation, you are only about 10 minutes' walk from the city center, or even from the train station, for example. The apartment with about 120 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (see photos). Free street parking is available.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Die Wohnung bietet 60 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche und befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Die S-Bahn-Station S2 Vierkirchen ist nur 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich 2 Supermärkte, Bäcker, Tankstelle und Apotheke.

We are renting out a bright basement apartment in Hilgertshausen with its own entrance and parking space. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 m²) with a fully equipped modern kitchen and a sleeping area. You can use the large garden to relax. You can reach Munich Central Station in about 60 minutes by bus and train (services from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.). The bus runs hourly to Hilgertshausen on weekdays, and only every two hours on weekends and public holidays.

We rent out our beautiful house to nice and considerate guests, who should feel at home with us and who appreciate the high-quality equipment just as much as we do. For stays longer than 10 days, please send us a request, we can often do that! The house is near Eching, so you can reach the S-Bahn (direction city centre/airport) in 5 minutes by car, the city centre/airport in 20 minutes and the exhibition centre in approx. 30 minutes.
