This beautiful poolside unit in a quiet gated community, completely renovated in June 2019, is located just steps from the beautiful beach of Port Royal Sound. This first floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, vinyl plank floors, all new appliances and is just a very short walk to the beach. The bathroom has quartz countertop and a tub & shower combo. You'll find two TVs (one with streaming options), washer/dryer, dishwasher and free WiFi in condo and on the resort.

The beach villa is located in building one. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Which is the closest to the beach, it’s the ONLY villa/Building with an outdoor pool, and restaurant. Trust me this is the only place you wanna stay. The private beach is incredible, the beach restaurant Coco‘s makes the most amazing food and drinks while you sit back and enjoy the Atlantic Ocean view. This villa has just been remodeled. It’s by the nicest you will find in Hilton head resort..
