The property has 2 outdoor pools, a poolside deli, and a beach restaurant/bar that are open peak season. No driving required, a 10 minute walk along the scenic boardwalk takes you to the beach. There are lighted tennis courts and pickle ball equipment available in the unit.

This beautiful poolside unit in a quiet gated community, completely renovated in June 2019, is located just steps from the beautiful beach of Port Royal Sound. This first floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, vinyl plank floors, all new appliances and is just a very short walk to the beach. The bathroom has quartz countertop and a tub & shower combo. You'll find two TVs (one with streaming options), washer/dryer, dishwasher and free WiFi in condo and on the resort.

Sofa converts to queen bed. The beach is natural and tranquil. Nearby is the historic Mitchelville Freedom Park and the HHI bike trail.
