One of the best air bnb’s I have stayed at. Perfect for a guys group or family with dogs or kids. Big backyard. Organized and clean.

Tony and his property are top notch. If you’re on the fence about this property or another, go with Tony! This property is EXACTLY as listed and what the photos show. The fenced in back yard was a bonus for our two dogs to play. It’s always nice to find a property that is looking out for your dogs. Overall well worth the money.

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

Craig was a fantastic host, and the house was perfect for our stay. We rented for about five weeks during which time we hosted elderly relatives and a newborn. The space worked perfectly for the group, and the location is ideal as it's walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. Craig was very communicative, always responsive and a helpful resource for recommendations as it was our first time to the area. If we return, we will for sure stay at Craig's house again.

Lauren was a great host with super quick response time. Place is decorated so cute and very comfortable all around. Super accommodating with pets and quiet neighborhood.

Great location for a Wilmington experience! We walked to breakfast, lunch, and dinner and enjoyed the beautiful view.

It was perfect for us but it is small. There is one room with a closet sized bathroom. No sink in the bathroom so shaving was challenging. That said, it is near everything. If you are active and only use the space for sleep and showering, it is perfect.

This is was great place and would love to book again! The places is minutes from the beach If you are walking. The place was clean and has everything you need!

Absolutely beautiful. My husband and I are bookmarking this and will definitely be back. We enjoyed having the convenience of being able to walk to bars and restaurants downtown. Also only 20 minutes from the beach!

The Loft was neat and clean with everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach and most days we walked to dinner as well. Exactly what we were looking for!

We loved this place ! It really does feel like home away from home. Simple and clean. The place is literally just a 5 min walk to the beach. We were able to take the dogs for a stroll as this place is pet friendly. We felt tucked away from the world but were mins from everything we needed. We enjoyed every minute. Our hosts were probably the nicest and friendliest people we’ve encountered on Airbnb. They responded quickly, every time. I swear their kindness just pulsed through the phone. Thanks for everything!!

We loved our stay at Michael’s home! The house is exactly as described, nicely appointed, and very clean. We appreciated the welcome snacks and nice touches such as makeup wipes and qtips in the bathroom. Michael is very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

Kara is the property manager and she was SUPER sweet, helpful and responsive. The beds were very comfortable and I LOVED how you can rent the golf carts (someone previously mentioned battery would die quick but that’s if your gone hours & hours just like you’d run out of gas) everything was nearby and we saved a lot of money and time with the golf carts due to parking, access to beach and price to rent. If you were to actually rent one from certain places it was WELL over $200/day. So Loreen was doing us a favor and making it more affordable lol The place was very clean ! I am a neat freak and super clean myself so I was on the look out 👀 but this place was very clean. Only reason I can’t go back is definitely NOT due to the place itself but because my senior dog couldn’t make it upstairs 😔 from now on we have to take stairs inconsideration. That’s because of our dog NOT this place This place is definitely 10/10 loved it and made some best memories with my family ❤️❤️❤️🥹

My mom and I stayed here for a birthday beach getaway weekend. The location was incredible and it was so nice to be able to sit on the back porch and see the ocean. The condo was as-described and was very cozy. Kellie and Russ are great hosts!

We spent 3 nights here for my lab’s birthday and it was the perfect spot for taking a dog to the beach. Freeman Park couldn’t be more conveniently located and was so nice to enjoy. I have absolutely no complaints about our stay!

Clean & cozy place! Right next to the boardwalk and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again!

Had an amazing long weekend stay! Beach just steps away right across the street. Great use of space with king bed, pull out couch, two vanity’s and a tub/shower separated by doors so you really can have privacy in each space. Will be staying again!

The hosts were really nice, helpful, & responsive. The location was as advertised & we were able to walk to a restaurant/bar & go to the beach as often as the weather permitted. The home was pretty but I’m a little sad they didn’t have the outdoor fairy lights on the porch like in the picture. Overall 9.8/10, we will be coming back soon!

After arriving in Carolina Beach and my previous rental not looking as described. I had to find a place quick. I booked it and she responded to me right away. She was able to assist us with anything we needed. She reached out several times to be sure that we were satisfied, enjoyed our stay and if we needed anything . The place was beautiful, clean quiet and many places in walking distance. I will definitely book again in the future

Location, Location, Location! This condo is part of a well-maintained 1980s community that blends pride of ownership and investment rentals with a peaceful, welcoming vibe. The unit was just as described—clean, thoughtfully decorated with a relaxed surf-shack feel, and stocked with nice extras like Keurig pods, a water cooler, beach towels, and chairs. We especially appreciated the easy first-floor access (no long stair climbs!) and the rare bonus of two covered parking spaces. The high-speed internet was reliable. The short walk to the beach and the Carolina Lake trail was a huge plus. Locals and visitors alike enjoy the area, which made it feel safe and community-oriented. Most of all, Jan was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and full of helpful local tips. We’d gladly return for a longer stay if she’ll have us!
