The first bedroom is a master suite with a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and the third room has a bunk bed that the kids love. The neighborhood has a kids playground, walking trail and plenty of greenery. We are about 10-15 minutes away from the most famous Woodfield mall and Schaumburg city center. Very close to many corporate offices. 3 minutes away from Target, Jewel Osco and many restaurants.

The entire basement is for the guest except few restricted areas in the basement. This a quiet bedroom located in the look out 1500 sq foot basement which has a queen bed, attached bath ( with jacuzzi tub), private kitchen ( with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove) entirely for guest use, sitting area and a theatre room ( with owners permission) and high speed WI-FI. There are 2bedrooms , full bath, kitchenette and living room in this lower level apartment 1 bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom is garden level and has a split king that adjusts with remotes. You are welcome to use the upstairs family room, kitchen and laundry room. We want you to feel like this is your home away from home. We do have 2 small hypoallergenic dogs and sometimes have a foster dog! You must walk through our home to access the stairs

Booking the entire house with 100% privacy. It has 2 driveway parking spaces and street parking. Garage may be available. CHECK-IN and OUT are flexible. I set checkout at 11am (text me if you need late checkout). The space is perfect for a family of 4. It is located about 20 minutes from O'Hare airport and 40 minutes from Chicago downtown.
