Gemütliches, kleines Apartment im Dachgeschoss unseres historischen bayerischen Bauernhofs. Inmitten von Wald und Wiesen liegt die kleine Wohnung mit eigenem Stellplatz und lädt zum entspannen und entdecken ein. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist mit einem Backofen, einem Induktionskochfeld, Spüle und mit kleinem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Bett mit 1,4 x 2,0m und eine Schlafcouch mit 1,8 x 1,9m. Eigenes kleines Bad mit Dusche. Erreichbarkeit: München 40min, Spitzingsee 20min

Stay like in the TREE HOUSE You can experience the smell and freshness of the forest in the solid wood house/low energy house with wood from the private forest. The apartment is located in a rural setting in a small village in the municipality of Dietramszell, but all popular excursion destinations such as Munich, Starnberg. Tegernsee and Lenggries (Brauneck) are only about 30 km. Good internet connection 100 Mbit/sec , therefore also suitable for home office.

Cozy apartment in the Mangfall Valley

My apartment is located in the beautiful Mangfalltal in the heart of Feldkirchen-Westerham (Feldkirchen district). It is the ideal starting point for excursions to Munich and the southern Munich area or as a stopover on the way to the south or north. Westerham train station (4 minutes by car or 20-25 minutes on foot) and Aying S-Bahn station (12 minutes by car) offer train connections to both Munich and Rosenheim. This way, you can explore both cities without a car.

Granny flat in the new wooden house with terrace

Our wooden house was completed in the summer of 2021. The natural material wood is not only in the facade, on the floor or on the ceiling, wood swirls around you with the great smell and a great feeling of living. It was built in a passive house manner, i.e. in summer the thick walls keep the heat out and in winter it is nice and warm. Come in and take a deep breath in this quiet location.

Enjoy your stay in our quiet yet city-close location (public transport 800 meters away). Cafes, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Quiet, idyllic and surrounded by greenery. The view into the garden is heavenly..... We also appreciate and enjoy it again and again. At the end of the garden you can walk directly into the forest....also ideal for jogging.
