The rural apartment was newly built in 2024 and is in a quiet, idyllic location between Munich and the mountains on an organic farm with dairy farm. The apartment is climate-neutral and has been furnished with a lot of love and high-quality furniture in a rural style and is located on a farm. The hot tub with mountain views, as well as the sun terrace invite you to relax. The hot tub can be used all year round, communal with our second apartment.

Herzlich willkommen in unserer Kuschelecke in Aying! Zwischen München und den Alpen schön gelegen in einem oberbayerischen Dorf befindet sich unser Apartment im Souterrain eines neu renovierten Landhauses mit insgesamt drei Wohnungen. Das Haus wurde 2023 komplett saniert und energetisch modernisiert. Wir haben auf eine hochwertige Einrichtung mit Möbeln aus Massivholz geachtet und großen Wert auf jedes Detail gelegt.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
