Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Hohnstein

We had a wonderful time with our friends at Chorah Lou's place. The property is perfect for gathering a large group of family or friends. There are many beautiful bedrooms and also plenty of bathrooms. The common room and large kitchen are great for cooking, eating and hanging out together. The surroundings are beautiful. The Tisa walls are very inviting for hiking and the hike to the Schneeberg is also highly recommended. We didn't miss anything and we can recommend the accommodation without restriction.

Very nice, clean and cozy place, perfect for two people and a dog. :) Everything was tidy and we didn't miss anything during our stay. Communication with the owners was also very kind and seamless. The apartment is in an ideal location, away from the hustle and bustle and at the same time it is only a few minutes walk from the beautiful Tisky walls and even shorter distance from the local pond Kačák, where there is a nice restaurant with a seating area right by the water overlooking the rocks. Overall, we loved this stay and hope to come back again. :)

Great home in great location! The house is very spacious and offers many amenities - sauna, piano, foosball, and a great view of the bastion. Very quiet location. We felt very comfortable.

We used the house over Easter for a family trip of six. There was everything your heart desires: from the large fridge, the very well-equipped kitchen with attached dining room, bedrooms with good mattresses to the top equipped common areas with many play opportunities. Even in bad weather you can have a very good time here. Fortunately, the sun was shining, so we explored the beautiful area. The property is large and fenced. Our dog was able to move freely, we made a campfire with the available wood and grilled outside. Really nice was the covered dining area with benches: great views! Beautiful and historically significant excursion destinations are nearby: We took a hike to Helfenburg (12 min. to parking lot) and visited the Theresienstadt concentration camp on the day of departure (just under 20 min.) - be sure to see! Hiking opportunities right by the house. In 1 word: great!!!

Many thanks to Chris and his family for the wonderful stay in the lovingly renovated surrounding house. Everything on site not only corresponded to your description but even top it. It was beautiful and we enjoyed it very much. We will definitely come back again.

Sadly we were just passing through, it's not really meant for one night stop, you can't get the full experience with a rushed night. A weekend at least would be ideal. Very compact and very beautiful.

Cozy and very clean apartment ! The location is lovely!!! By S-Bahn (suburban train), you are also in Dresden in about 35 minutes. We would gladly come back!

We were happy to be there, very friendly reception. Everything went smoothly, but you could work a bit on cleanliness. I don't go into detail now, but it's just a tip. The location is great, the Ore Mountains are simply fantastic and there is a lot to discover in the area. The bastion is a must if you are there. Beautiful!

We searched at very short notice and were still able to land here relatively cheaply for four adults. We had a lot of freedom of movement to ourselves and due to the generously equipped lounge. The sauna looked very welcoming, even though we didn't use it (summer...).

The accommodation is fantastically beautifully located – in the middle of nature and right on a small river. We particularly liked the lovingly designed terrace and the large garden, where you can relax wonderfully. The furnishings of the apartment are very cozy and designed with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel welcome. Jana and her husband were super warm and provided us with many great tips for excursions in the area – so we could really discover the beautiful nature all around. And best of all, the three cute cats took our heart by storm! We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Great place for trips. An apartment just right for two adults, and a male dite. There was a garden, which especially the daughter appreciated, the husband again great cavocar.

Pro: The place was fantastically beautiful and we spent a few relaxing days there. The two hosts were very friendly and accommodating and always easily accessible. We would book the place again at any time for a pure recreational vacation :-) Cons: We have nothing to complain about in the accommodation! Since it is surrounded by a lot of nature, screens would probably be convenient for the summer. The bed was also a bit too soft for us, but that's also a matter of taste :) The area was beautiful, but you are already very dependent on the car. There are a few hiking trails on site, but you can quickly reach its limits there and then have to accept daily driving routes. The bottom line is the grumbling at a very high level. The apartment is an absolute recommendation!

Beautiful small old building apartment/ duplex in a residential area with many very nice old buildings/small villas, close to the Elbe, pleasantly quiet with good tram connection in old and new town; great amenities (De Longhi Espresso machine!), nice furniture, very tastefully furnished, so: perfect! HIGHLY recommended! We will definitely be back (if possible).

We felt very comfortable right away. Everything was perfect and the accommodation was furnished with a lot of love for detail. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

My dog and I enjoyed staying with Sylivia and all the other residents :) very much! The cottage is best equipped and is beautifully close to a rock. In general, the view from every window is very special. The small room also surprises with the size and there is everything you need. The area is also great with great hiking trails that probably never really get crowded. Thank you so much for the wonderful time, we quickly felt very comfortable!

Micha was a great host, really made sure I had everything I needed, and made sure my stay was a top-experience! I picked his hut because I challenged myself to a big hike in the Sächsische Schweiz, and it was perfect - great location and the perfect amount of coziness. Highly recommend the sauna!

Cozy home away from home. everything one might need was thoughtfully made available. very convenient and comfortable for our dog. very close by park, tram station to the city center. super easy communication, check in and check out. would definitely recommend!!

We stayed for a few days in a lovely little cabin in Saxon Switzerland. It was great for us. The children enjoyed the playground in front as well as the trampoline mega. We were completely satisfied with the amenities, everything you needed was available. Check in and check out.. super easy without problems.... What maybe missing... a small green thumb outside. If we go on vacation in the region again, we know where to request first...... Thank you very much for the quiet beautiful time

We spent a week during the Easter holidays in this cute wooden house. When we entered it, it was comfortably preheated and cozy and so we quickly arrived in the holiday feeling. Even a diffuser with a pleasant room scent was switched on. It was also positive that there is a dishwasher. The garden is nicely laid out and we were also able to have breakfast outside in the sun. Sylvie was easily accessible for questions and was very helpful.

We only stayed two nights but still felt comfortable. It was very clean and Erik was a great host.

We were looking for a quiet getaway, and this was perfect. We arrived in a winter wonderland, with hiking trails and little restaurants a short way from the house. There was a super friendly person to welcome us, show the house, and offer lots of nice local recommendations for places to go and things to do. We made a quick dash down to Prague one day, and immediately missed the peace and serenity of the cabin. Only regret is that we didn’t bring more time.

We had very nice days. The fireplace, sauna and hot tub are really great. We felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, the heater was quite loud. A note at the beginning would have been nice and not only on request. We also found some dust cloud and dog hair under the sofa. With small children who play constantly on the floor, not so nice. Departing at 9am with small children is also difficult. Overall, we are still satisfied. Thank you.
