Small apartment for two people in a really old farmhouse. Through the old dock doors, you enter the apartment through a private entrance. In the lower part, there is a kitchenette with cooking facilities and a sitting area with TV. On the high part, there is a double bed and large, still original, built-in closets. In the adjacent hall is a separate toilet and large bathroom. Small private outdoor terrace.

Our B&B is located in the heart of Waarland, with Alkmaar, Schagen and Heerhugowaard are within cycling distance. It is a guest house for 4 people, suitable for a family with older children. There is no train station in Waarland, and there are no buses in the evening. Without a car, we may not be the right location. For stays longer than 5 days, a discount is given, but you must provide your own breakfast.

Shaving bridge between city and beach

The village Schagerbrug is located in the Kop van Noord-Holland, in the municipality of Schagen. Around the village you will find an open polder landscape in which you can easily walk and cycle. Not far west of Schagerbrug lies a beautiful dune area, the Zwanenwater, in which you can relax well. A nice beach walk is of course also possible! A visit to Den Helder or Alkmaar is also possible.
