This cozy 2-room apartment is located above the horse stable, which gives it an extra rural character. You have a beautiful panoramic view over the countryside and the large lake around Schagen. The lake is also the outdoor swimming pool of Schagen, wonderful for a refreshing dip! The distance to the beach of Sint Maartenszee is about 8 km. Good base for a day at the beach, Amsterdam or Texel. Excellent options for cycling or hiking tours.

Romantic stay with a view from your bed on the water and a 2-person swing. From the love-seat you can watch TV or the fireplace (heating) and you have it cozy in the winter or you can sit outside on the terrace by the water in the summer to daydream, read or play games. Hot tub, kayak or 2 SUP boards can be booked. There are also bicycles, which you can borrow for free. The bathroom is 1 step outside the pipo and all for you.

Rural and freely located in the head of North Holland and yet close to everything to do are two vacation homes on the grounds of an old farm: the Koetshuis is suitable for 3 people and possibly an extra baby bed. Close to the beach (about 9 km), the boat to Texel and places like Schagen and Alkmaar. Wonderful base for the versatile region. On the property, there is an outdoor swimming pool and play facilities for children.
