Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. Among other things, there is a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eater Giovanni Midwoud that also delivered. There is a motorboat available for a fee. You'll love this place because of the tranquility in the countryside and the friendly people. You live and sleep next to the horses. Visit the historic towns of Enkhuizen, Hoorn, and Medemblik. 40 minutes by car from Amsterdam, one hour drive to Texel, 40 minutes by car to the North Dutch coast. Lovely area for biking and hiking. Fishing water in front of the door. The property has its own access, so for you all privacy.

A beautiful detached guesthouse on the water of the neighborhood community Tolke overlooking the countryside of the beautiful North Holland landscape. Really a place to relax and unwind! An excellent base for a lovely walk or bike ride, for example through the flowering bulb fields or to the beach. The city of Schagen with many restaurants in its historic center and train station with intercity to, for example, Amsterdam is close by.
