At the southernmost tip of our estate, you'll find B&B de Uitkijk, where you'll be greeted by a beautiful, wide view over the flower fields and farmlands. This handbuild tinyhouse is a tribute to its natural surroundings, partly build with trees from our own forest. A tranquil sanctuary where you will be greeted by a rich diversity of birds and where you can relax in the hottub surrounded by lush greenery.

The apartment is one large space of 140 m2. Upon arrival, you will come up the spiral staircase and immediately approach the lovely 100m2 private roof terrace with built-in Jacuzzi. The house is furnished in a relaxed American style; think of Chesterfield sofas and a large projector with a good sound system. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with kitchenware and standard consumables. There is no separate bedroom, the 2 double beds are behind curtains. The bathroom has a spacious shower

We are open from 1 April to 1 October. From 1 November, you can book for next year. Pure relaxation, a touch of adventure. Back to the nature but still close to nice towns and the beach? Be welcome on our sheep country! Our unique Bed and Breakfast in Waarland Noord-Holland. Come pick up eggs at our chickens, heat up a fire, sail "a round of Waarland". Or plop into a hanging egg with a book and do nothing at all. Everything is possible, anything is allowed, you set the pace.

Hot tub, kayak or 2 supboards can be booked. There are also bicycles, which you can borrow for free. The bathroom is 1 step outside the Pipo and all just for you/you.
