Our chalet is located in the beautiful quiet Waarland. What to do in Waarland : Vlinderado, indoor mini golf, boat rental via HappyWale, outdoor swimming pool Waarland. Within 25 minutes drive you are at the beach of Callantsoog or the beautiful dune area in Schoorl. The beautiful cities of Alkmaar and Schagen (15 minutes drive) are also worth visiting. Holiday district Waarland is in the process of renovating the park. Our chalet is at the edge of the campsite, so it doesn't bother you much.

Waterfront cottage with motorboat

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. You are fifteen minutes to the IJsselmeer and with half an hour to the beach.

Hello, we are Bart and Marieke and rent out a unique residence located on the waterfront in the center of Kolhorn. You can unwind under the veranda and have canoes at your disposal with which you can explore the beautiful surroundings and the picturesque village of Kolhorn. It is located on the Westfriese Omringdijk, where you can take beautiful cycling or walking tours in the area. You can enjoy the beach and the cozy city of Schagen with the West Frisian Market every week.

Rural cottage

Get away from it all, enjoy nature on the edge of the IJsselmeer and beach. In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.

The IJsbeerhuis is a cozy and child-friendly cottage in Oudeschild. Cross the Wadden Sea dike and you will be in the lively port of Oudeschild in no time. Here you can enjoy fresh fish, take a trip on a shrimp cutter or sail to sandbanks where seals rest. Within walking distance you will find the Kaap Skil museum, a supermarket, bakery and various restaurants. Bird lovers can indulge in the Vogelboulevard. In short: an ideal base for exploring Texel!

Dream away in the hot tub (optional €40 per day, will be stoked for you) under the stars and enjoy the silence. Wake up with sunrise and a view over the meadows. Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back a spacious garden room with fireplace and in addition a private garden. The garden room can be heated with the fireplace . In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Lovely apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!

Cozy Pipo with hot tub & swing by the water

Romantic stay with a view from your bed on the water and a double swing From the love-seat, you can watch the TV or the fireplace (heating) and you will have it cozy in winter or in summer you can enjoy reading or playing games outside on the terrace at the water. Hot tub, kayak or 2 supboards can be booked. There are also bicycles, which you can borrow for free. The bathroom is 1 step outside the Pipo and all just for you/you.

The forest is calling! Forest Cabin

Forest Cabin is a cosy eco-cabin for 2 persons, situated at the edge of the forest on our green campsite. The double bed of this eco-cabin is made for you on arrival and towels and kitchen linen are ready for you. Every morning we bring a delicious fresh and extensive breakfast to your door, including fresh bread from the local bakery, organic yoghurt and cheese from the carefarm, various juices and many other good things.

't Achterhuys

Zelfstandig huisje met prachtig uitzicht - comfort en gezelligheid! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Vanaf het voorjaar kun je met de boot of op een SUP-board de schilderachtige waterwegen verkennen.* Het huis staat in verbinding met de Grote Vliet, een populaire watersport- en vislocatie. Op fietsafstand van het IJsselmeer(strand). *Sloep te huur voor 75,- per dag (vraag naar de mogelijkheden i.v.m winterstalling)
