From our vacation home in Marina Den Oever you have a view of the water from every room. From our private jetty you can swim or canoe directly in the Ijsselmeer. The house is located on a small island with a total of 40 houses and a very nice restaurant, which is connected to the mainland by a bridge. The house has two large terraces with seating, sun loungers and barbecue: one at the front facing the marina and one at the back facing the Ijsselmeer. The one at the back has a whirlpool by the water. Here you can enjoy the peace and wellness! On the first floor you will find a large open area with living room, dining room and kitchen, a guest toilet and the entrance area. The kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you need for cooking. The living room invites you to linger with a large corner sofa made of real leather, a 75-inch LED TV and a music system. You can watch the passing boats from here. A staircase leads to the second floor with 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 people. Two of the bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and the third, slightly smaller bedroom has 2 single beds. All rooms have closets with ample storage space for personal belongings. An absolute highlight is the bathroom with a glass sauna overlooking the water and a walk-in shower, as well as the private jetty with an outdoor whirlpool for 6 people.

At the southernmost tip of our estate, you'll find B&B de Uitkijk, where you'll be greeted by a beautiful, wide view over the flower fields and farmlands. This handbuild tinyhouse is a tribute to its natural surroundings, partly build with trees from our own forest. A tranquil sanctuary where you will be greeted by a rich diversity of birds and where you can relax in the hottub surrounded by lush greenery.

Welkom in ons houten huisje 'het Zuiderzesje’ Kom volledig tot rust in een comfortabel en sfeervol huisje dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Ontspan in de hottub (heet water bad zonder bubbels) die altijd op een aangename 37 graden staat, en laat de stilte van de omgeving op je inwerken. Geniet van het weidse uitzicht over de bollenvelden, maak een wandeling over het strand(op 8 km) of ontdek de rust van het platteland. Laat alle drukte van je afglijden en laad jezelf weer helemaal op.

Het appartement is één grote ruimte van 140m2. Bij aankomst komt u omhoog met de wenteltrap en benaderd meteen het heerlijke Prive dakterras van 100m2 met ingebouwde jacuzzi. De woning is Amerikaans relaxed ingericht ; denk aan chesterfield banken en een grote beamer met goede geluidsinstallatie. De keuken is ruim en voorzien van keukengerei en standaard gebruiksartikelen. Er is geen aparte slaapkamer, de 2 tweepersoonsbedden staan achter gordijnen. De badkamer heeft een ruime douche

Rechtstreeks gelegen aan natuurgebied De Weelen en het Streekbos vindt u in de uitgestrekte natuur, fantastische wandelpaden en veel activiteiten, zoals heerlijke strandjes, een klimbos en het blote voetenpad. Op fietsafstand van het prachtige Enkhuizen en bruisende Hoorn. Onze accommodatie is uitermate geschikt voor een huwelijksreis of romantische get away voor twee. Romantische verblijf met uitzicht vanuit je bed op het water en een 2-persoonsschommel Vanuit de love-seat kijk je naar de tv of de open haard (verwarming) en heb je het knus in de winter of zit je in de zomer heerlijk buiten op het terras aan het water te mijmeren, lezen of spelletjes te doen. Hottub, kayak of 2 supboarden zijn er bij te boeken. Ook zijn er fietsen, deze mag je gratis lenen. De badkamer is 1 stap buiten de pipo en helemaal alleen voor jou/jullie.
