On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. Das Atelier-Apartment (ca 30 qm) befindet sich in einem 400 qm großem Obergeschoss eines Mitte des 19 Jhdt. erbauten Kavalleriegebäudes zusammen mit einigen Künstlerateliers. Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter City-Anbindung ca. 200 m entfernt.

Since September 2019, we have been offering this quiet yet centrally located apartment. This beautiful 2-room apartment is fully equipped and can accommodate 1-6 people. With a comfortable double bed, a large pull-out sofa set, a large, thick folding mattress, two baby travel beds and your own small garden, there is nothing to stop you from feeling good.
