Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Horsetooth Reservoir

Wonderful home! We didn’t want to leave! Nice lay out for the home. Plenty of space to accommodate lots of people. The pool/hot tub was definitely the main event. A house full of middle aged women and we played in the pool like we were kids again! Lots of room around the dinning table to play board games. The downstairs was also perfect for a big group. Pool and basketball were lots of fun. One of the ladies brought her switch and we had Mario kart going on too. Over all clean, spacious, private and never have to leave the property for entertainment. Easy check in and out. By far the best bnb I’ve been to. Very chill and relaxing.

Amazing Thanksgiving with the family! Very clean and comfortable home. We walked out the front door and found some beautiful hiking trails right away, amazing views and tons of wildlife in every direction. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home with an amazing view of the front range. Nice big back yard with a smoker / grill and gas firepit. Only minutes from i-25, Buccees, and a Woods Market grocery store.

Jenanne’s place was just perfect for our family to stay at over the long Thanksgiving weekend! There was plenty of space for the adults to visit upstairs and kids to play downstairs while our holiday dinner was being prepared. The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with all the essential utensils/pans/etc one might need. We also all slept well on the comfortable beds (and I always appreciate when lots of pillows are provided.) The place was clean and easy to get to. We’d definitely stay again!

This place was nice and clean, and it is conveniently located near the old town. I would recommend it.

Stunning home in Longmont. Grew up down the street, felt just like home, very quiet area. Very clean and accommodating home. The whole family really enjoyed our stay.

This house is fantastic. It is roomy, clean, comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described. We had a couple issues that were completely our fault and Maria took care of them immediately. We had a wonderful visit with family and much of that was because we had such a perfect place to stay. Maria really is a Super Host! 🥰😊 When we visit again, I hope this beautiful home is available! Thank you Maria for everything!

I would buy or rent this place if i could a very nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city around it. Wonderful hosts.

Thanks for a great stay!!! The Fort is a great space, and surprisingly bright and full of light for being a basement unit. I loved the fenced in private yard and feeling free to contact you anytime I had a question. The kitchen chalk board and booklet full of suggestions is great for activities. I slept like a dream in the comfy bed and the bathroom was sparkling. Thanks again!!

Jeanne’s basement apartment is lovely, comfortable, and it had everything I needed (and more) in the kitchen and bathroom. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer. Since I was visiting family, I did not have time to use the nice living room. I really appreciated the artistic, creative touches. The bed was very comfortable, and there were pillows to chose from. It was a beautiful 15-20 min walk from my family’s home, and I really enjoyed the walk. Jeanne is warm and hospitable, and I felt at home. She was easily accesible by text for communication and questions, and responded quickly. The front entrance, which also leads to the apartment downstairs, has a code, and entrance is easy. Thank you, Jeanne! I most certainly will return.

A great unit with a peaceful garden in the backyard. The unit was very clean and the host provided creature comforts to make our stay easy. Thank you for hosting us.

Glenn’s place was exceptional. Very quiet and well maintained with lots of helpful amenities.

A great location (right next to the Fort Collins Pools!) that was perfect for walking to campus and downtown. We loved being able to walk to dinner, grab coffee at any of the many nearby coffee shops, and explore old town. The apartment was great for two, but the bunk beds in the living room would have been perfect for little ones if needed :)

Nikki is an amazing host! She was very responsive to all of my messages and answered any questions I had. The place exceeded my expectations; very clean, neat/tidy, comfortable bed, quiet location. It had all of the space and amenities I needed for my stay. Close to town, restaurants and several parks. I highly recommend this place to stay!

Stunning, new townhouse, staying here was a real treat in itself! Nice little patio to enjoy the cool evenings. My pups and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly. There is a large park across the street, though we utilized other parks in our travels. Great location to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend.

this place was beautiful! Very peaceful and relaxing, lots of wildlife and exploring to be seen and had. the cabin is small but cozy, views are amazing, the price was higher than other places, but the experience was worth it! Andy was super responsive and always available. Great location!

This was the most beautiful cabin! The chipmunks on the back deck and the sound of the water nearby made for some amazing mornings. Would definitely recommend Cindy’s cabin to anyone looking for a private getaway in the Rockies.

This was a great place to relax after a day of hiking and exploring RMNP. Very clean and comfortable. And the host was a great communicator (even though i wasn’t lol). Overall, just a really positive experience.

So booked 2 night stay, it was perfect. Owners left clear instructions which i like and the stream out front followed owners instructions on where to go and got to sit and watch the trout. Was close to estes park and a beautiful drive. Tvs being roku tvs were a huge plus for night time. Hot tub was a perfect 103 degrees. Definitely will book again when in the area perfect amount of away from people but yet close to towns

Beautiful place where myself and my girlfriends gathered to cook, soak, steam, craft, giggle, and reflect on life. Truly a relaxing retreat. We loved how much care was taken with the grounds and the outside areas. Spacious enough for each of us to have quiet time as well as time to be together. The sauna is definitely a stand out - and even more amazing we saw a bobcat from the sauna!! I’ll remember that moment for the rest of my life as he walked slowly in front of us. Magical! We want to return in the summer for the cold plunge and outdoor shower. Edward was super accommodating and kind. He has truly built a special place. Don’t hesitate - book it today!!

We had 2 adults and 2 kids and were very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting by the fire pits and star gazing!
