Come stay in our super clean, cozy, newly remodeled, and private Old Town carriage house with unique outdoor kitchen! We are less than a mile from the new CSU stadium, an easy 5 minute bike ride to downtown FC, and blocks away from several coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. Explore the area on one of our two cruiser bikes or take a drive into the mountains for a day of hiking and rafting. We have lived in FC for over 20 years and would love to help you plan your visit. Horsetooth Reservoir is a great location for a peaceful, scenic, and fun getaway! Enjoy boating, surfing, water skiing, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, biking, and hiking in a relaxed atmosphere just steps from the water and the trails! The property features a well-stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, gas fire pit, deck, patio, hot tub, pull-through driveway, paddleboards, and a kayak! Enjoy our local Horsetooth Tavern for food and music, or head into Old Town Fort Collins for the nightlife!

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Green House on Remington Street

The Green House on Remington is a cozy turn-of-the-century house with new modern comforts and a convenient place to stay in Old Town. Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.

Cutest Spot in Old Town - The Loft

This 400 sq ft tiny space has everything you need, and is located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins! The Loft is only a 15 minute walk to The Square - enjoy the best local restaurants, breweries and shops! Walking distance to CSU campus & Canvas Stadium. Easy access to the Poudre Trail & a 15 minute drive to Horsetooth Reservoir. We put our heart & soul into renovating The Loft, and we love sharing our space with others. Feel like a true CO local while staying here!

This beautiful, modern cabin, is showered in sunlight. Just 2.5 miles from downtown, yet a stones throw from all the outdoor adventures in the foothills, Horsetooth Reservoir, Poudre River, mountain biking & hiking. With apple trees, berries & gardens, this quiet country setting is one of the best locations in town. Soak in the Colorado sunshine w/ the passive solar design. Relax in the evenings taking in the mountain sunsets while enjoying a fire pit on the back porch.

Studio 812 is a modern studio apartment located within walking distance to downtown Loveland’s shops, restaurants, and galleries. High end finishes, in-unit laundry, fully stocked kitchenette, and a private patio make this the perfect spot to stay for a weekend or longer. The entire unit is aired out, cleaned and disinfected after each stay. All linens (including blankets & comforter) are washed after every stay. And there is NO CLEANING FEE charged.
