Beautiful apartment in Soorts-Hossegor in the heart of the Landes between the pine forest and the Lac Marin. The Paloumère residence is a peaceful and characterful place, with Basque-Landes architecture typical of the area. On the ground floor at the edge of the forest, all the rooms of this 75 m² apartment open onto a green landscape of pine trees. The 80 m² private terrace that surrounds the apartment offers an ideal lifestyle, taking advantage of the swimming pool in season.

Heated pool access (May to September 15) , outdoor space shared with the owners; jacuzzi reserved for tenants. The studio is attached to our house but the entry is independent. Located 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes from Spain. Many bike paths departures. Gated parking in the yard.

Bright house of 160m2 spread over 3 levels: one bedroom with wc and bathroom in the basement, bedroom with unobstructed views of the pool and large bathroom on the ground floor ,two bedrooms with a shower room upstairs. Between two small forests, located in a very quiet area in a cul-de-sac, the house has 180° views of the Pines.

Studio, jacuzzi, sauna, yoga, massages

Studio 26m2 on the basement floor of a large house. A large TV and a 140x200cm double bed. A dining/living area and a kitchenette with all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The bathroom has a 160x200cm shower. All linen is provided. Outside, there is a barbecue/brasero terrace on one side and a dining area by the fountain on the other. Deckchairs and hammocks are available for relaxation.
