Tastefully decorated this house is a small art gallery, bringing together personal works, photographs, and travel objects. PARKING available in front of garage. Located 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes from Spain. Many bike paths departures. Gated parking in the yard.

Between two small forests, located in a very quiet area in a cul-de-sac, the house has a 180° view of Les Pins.

Studio, jacuzzi, sauna, yoga, massages

Studio 26m2 on the basement floor of a large house. A large TV and a 140x200cm double bed. A dining/living area and a kitchenette with all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The bathroom has a 160x200cm shower. All linen is provided. Outside, there is a barbecue/brasero terrace on one side and a dining area by the fountain on the other. Deckchairs and hammocks are available for relaxation.
