Beachfront holiday rentals in Huahine

A beautiful home in a beautiful location. The sunrise is from a dream. It almost doesn’t look real. The home was great inside and the garden was perfect- especially the little tree house that the kids loved to play in. JC went above and beyond as a host. We highly recommend for a family. The location is beautiful and central, a car is a must for this area of Hauhine.

Depuis bientôt neuf ans que je voyage avec AirBnb, c’est de loin le meilleur logement où j’ai séjourné. L’endroit est idyllique ! Un parc au milieu du lagon où la nature est préservée et magnifique. Le logement a été décoré avec beaucoup de goût et contient tout le confort nécessaire. Le lagon, suffisamment profond pour nager est devant la terrasse et accessible à tout moment du jour ou de la nuit. Le snorkeling est possible ainsi que des promenades en kayak. Sam et son mari sont aux petits soins pour vous. Ils vous transfèrent selon vos besoins et vous donnent de précieux conseils touristiques. Ils vous font partager leurs passions pour la culture de la vanille et du tiaré. Ce fut une très belle rencontre dans un cadre édénique. Nous reviendrons.

if you've ever thought about a tropical Paradise, this is certainly it! Tahui and Liz have put together an amazing home away from home. It is very comfortable with a well-appointed kitchen including the best insulated french press ever! Every morning we enjoyed pastries from the bakery which was just a few minutes away by car. We loved swimming and snorkeling there. Live Coral and plenty of exotic fish, including a manta ray. The double kayak was fun to paddle around. Tahui and Liz gave us great guidance for beaches, restaurants, and more. Their 5 dogs and 3 cats are real characters whom we enjoyed. In Fare, we enjoyed the market days when everyone brought their produce, fish, etc. out to sell. I just want to emphasize the beauty of Huahine, the island itself and the people who live there. Happy people, friendly people, helpful people, wonderful people!

Logement parfait sur Huahine, à deux pas du centre et de la belle plage de Fare. Super petit bungalow bien équipé et très agréable. Je recommande.

Très bon séjour de 3 nuits, le studio est parfaitement équipé et bien aménagé. Climatisation appréciable. Je n'ai pas utilisé les vélos ayant loué une voiture, mais Fare est à proximité avec supermarché, magasins et restaurants. Belle vue au coucher du soleil depuis le logement, petite plage avec du sable directement en bas. À recommander à Huahine ! Mauruuru et à bientôt.

Tumu Ora was our half acre of heaven for 8 days. The private dock and beach are fantastic and the accommodations are simple and charming. Everything we needed was provided. It was great to be able to easily walk to Fare at a moment’s notice. Lisa was easy to work with and was very accommodating with our questions and minor itinerary change a few weeks before arrival. We had no issues with security or dogs barking in the night. Did I say how great the dock is? So great. We spent the majority of our trip on it, reading, eating, relaxing, diving and snorkeling. The other place that we spent the most time in was the air conditioned bedroom. A life saver as temps never left the mid eighties (with full humidity). The WiFi was solid. Bugs were not a problem for my wife, but they did pester me a little. Not that I saw them, maybe 2-3 mosquitoes the whole time and the itches were forgotten after a quick dip in the sea. We would definitely come back to Tumu Ora. Didn’t really want to leave.

We had a great stay at Huahine Beach House! It’s located in the absolutely best possible location in Huahine. The house is right on the nicest strip of beach sand in the area with good snorkeling just steps from the house. It’s only a few minute walk to the small town for restaurants and groceries. We particularly liked the Chinese food and the fried chicken chunks from the food truck at the dock. Izzy’s burgers was great too and the owner was super friendly. As for our space ( Maeva) at the beach house, I’ve never had AC so unbearably cold that we continuously had to turn it down! The place fit our needs perfectly. The owner was on site at times and was a wonderful person who is so friendly and helpful. I think I’ll miss his funny laugh the most. Thank you for the great memories!

Purotu est un amour, toujours disponible, toujours là pour vous conseiller. Elle est géniale ! Le logement situé les pieds dans l’eau, avec accès direct sur le lagon, avec énormément de poissons ainsi que des raies si vous avancez un peu plus loin ! Bref c’était génial 🤩
