Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Huahine

The perfect spot to enjoy Huahine! The place is amazing and exudes calm. The proximity to the airport and the city while being peaceful to rest in the morning. But the most exceptional in this home will be your hosts who are amazing! Go without a second thought!

Sam and Toriki are wonderful hosts and this is a perfect place to stay for people who like to swim, snorkel or kayak and read or and chill in a perfect and simple place. It’ an unbelievably beautiful location and it’s for those who want to get back to nature. Provisioning in town is easy to do; so is going off the motu to Fare or Avea Bay for a lunch or dinner out if you have a rental car at their mainland pier, which I heartily recommend. It was hot in late December and there’s no AC but you just jump in the water to cool off. There are plenty of clean linens and towels. The bed was comfortable and the showers are great, inside and on the beach. Loved every moment of our stay.

A huge thank you to Heimana who welcomed us directly to the airport and brought us to the accommodation which was great! a large traditional and spacious house, a friendly terrace in a green environment! We'll be happy to go back. 😊

Our stay at the Blue Coral House was truly unforgettable, and as first-time visitors to French Polynesia and the beautiful island of Huahine, it exceeded all of our expectations. This Airbnb is the epitome of what we had dreamed our trip would be. Bar none, it was a fantastic experience! If you’re seeking a relaxing and peaceful retreat in an impeccably furnished home with stunning views of a breathtaking lagoon and the bay beyond (the sunrises were pure magic!), look no further. We spent six wonderful nights in this chic Polynesian gem, and Ellinor, the owner, has truly thought of everything to make her guests feel at home. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor patio overlooking the lagoon was picture-perfect. We also loved the kayaks, which we used daily for adventures in the bay. Jocelyn, the property manager, was amazing—always ready to answer our questions and make our stay even more enjoyable. We simply cannot recommend the Blue Coral House enough.

A beautiful home in a beautiful location. The sunrise is from a dream. It almost doesn’t look real. The home was great inside and the garden was perfect- especially the little tree house that the kids loved to play in. JC went above and beyond as a host. We highly recommend for a family. The location is beautiful and central, a car is a must for this area of Hauhine.

Vetea, Stellio and Maeva were outstanding hosts, very welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Location is perfect. Would highly recommend and will stay here again in the future.

Smiths place is a lovely cottage in a tropical garden with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Fare. Smith and Linda are a very kind and charming couple who immediately make you feel at home and offer advice and help with booking tours, restaurant recommendations and transport options. I also enjoyed their conversation. I recommend choosing Frankys Fare when staying on Huahine!

We had an exceptional stay at Guillaume and Purotu's! The welcome was warm, the communication fluid and the accommodation impeccable. Our stay in Fare was delightful. The upstairs apartment was simple, but very clean and perfect for our needs. The lovely open air kitchen (don’t leave fruit on the counter or the birds will get it!) looks out to the lush green hills, and just a few steps away is the pretty beach with perfect water for just floating in. We loved the location close to town and needed a car which can be rented on sight for only 2 days of our trip as restaurants and grocery are easily walkable. Don’t miss happy hour at the yacht club and be sure to have dinner at Métis. Our hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming and we so enjoyed getting to know them and learn more about this special island.
