Perfect location for good restaurants and bars. Small space, but very clean and comfortable stay. We enjoyed ourselves!!

Incredible place in the heart of the Lower East Side. Not only a fantastic place to call home base for a week for a family of five, there’s a ton going on around, in the best possible way. Two markets within a block or two, tons of coffee shops, great restaurants, playgrounds right nearby, and a short walk to the 2nd Ave. F Train stop. Traveling with kids can be tough, but they made it easy with a pack n’ play, high chair, and bunk bed, all of which made this an excellently comfortable place in a great neighborhood.

My experience with Rod and the listing was great. That said, because it’s a timeshare, the host really doesn’t have control over which “condo” you are in. Our unit was very, very musty and could benefit from updating. Again, that’s not on the host, but the facility. We’ve stayed at this property on many occasions and this is the first time we’ve had a unit this old/smelly. It didn’t take away from the great weekend we had, but the cost was definitely more than I would have paid for this particular unit. We did lots of outlet shopping, went to a local vineyard and had a blast singing karaoke at the resort’s on-site bar. We would definitely book with Rod again, but would be slightly cautious on the unit we were assigned when we arrived if the cost was similar to what we paid for this visit.

This rental was the perfect fit for what I was looking for. I came out to the Berkshires with some family to take advantage of the outdoors and local communities. I've been coming out to the Berkshires for years, so I was familiar with the area, and couldn't have asked for a more convenient location with the rental being close enough to lots of great towns and main roads or highways. There was lots to do at the resort, and everything was open much later than I would have expected. The rental space itself was vary spacious and having separate bedrooms and a full kitchen and balcony were great aspects that totally added to the whole experience. I felt it was a great value for what's available in the area. We didn't have any issues with any part of our stay, so I was very pleased and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in taking advantage of everything the Berkshires has to offer.

This small pet-friendly inn is conveniently located in downtown Roscoe. It's a short walk to restaurants and shops. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great basecamp for fishing and sightseeing.

Everything besides the communication issues, as other guests already mentioned, was perfect. I would definatelly stay again. Loved the area, very easy to get to generally everywhere. Room clean and cosy, I loved the window - makes the apt special and very „new york” :) Very clean bathroom, ale supplies needed were there (absolutely enough od towels, backup towels nad toillet paper). Very nice cleaning stuff. I cannot say anything bad, really. Communication. Well… I’ve read somewhat before coming, as other guests already pointed out this issue, so I was prepared. For overall experience I Think the Company should work on it, as it was mentioned sooo many times. I must admit though, that if you don’t face any real problems, it won’t ruin your stay. The instructions itself are clear and all is managable.. but there is no sense of any care, just the basic must. And you cannot count on quick responses. Anyways, I am very satisfied with my stay and would stay here again, so thank you :)
