Cozy cottage located in a very quiet area and only 600 meters from the beach. It is perfect for couples. The house has a master bedroom with an integrated toilet and a couch in the living room. It has air conditioning, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. We include sheets and towels. Outside you will find a private garden with barbecue, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The access to the parking is shared, not so the parking, which is private and exclusive for my guests.

It shares NOTHING with other accommodations, and allows you to leave children or dog alone, as you can't go out. It is very quiet, you can see the regional access road to Caños de Meca and the bike path that goes from Conil to Caños, between the trees about 800m away.

It is a 34 m² bungalow, has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two twin beds and the third with a bunk bed. A full kitchen, with all appliances. living room and full bathroom. The bungalow also has a 34 m² terrace. with table and chairs and rocking chair. 300 m² plot. picnic area, barbecue, swimming pool (round 4.6 x 1.22), all private.

The space has private parking.
