Detached, single-story house with all the comforts. It consists of a main room of 32 m2 serving as a living room and dining room with TV and Wi-Fi. A fully equipped 10 m2 kitchen. A 14 m2 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed. A 15 m2 bedroom with a 160 cm bed. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Separate toilet. Outdoor terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. This place isn't suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Tuffeau house near the Château d'Ussé

My house is the old tufa barn from the village bakery. Recently renovated, it is 300 meters from the Château de la Belle au bois dormant and a convenience store. The enclosed courtyard allows bikes to be stored safely. In addition to the bedroom double bed, the living room is equipped with a sofa bed, equipped with a real mattress. You will also find a dvd/usb port player ( no TV channel) and board games.
