This was our third time staying at this wonderful holiday home! Our kids love it and it is the perfect location for a quieter place to stay yet still be in easy reach of all the fun attractions such as Skegness! It was immaculately clean and super cosy and comfy! We needed a bolthole for an overnight stay in Hull and this was just the ticket! Fantastic location in the Old Town, easy access to city centre. Beautifully decorated with magnificently high ceilings. Gary the owner,et us promptly and orientated us. Perfect for our needs. Had dinner at an amazing local gem - ‘Hearth’ which needs awarding with stars from all the top foodie guides!

A wonderful ground-floor flat as part of a small estate of similar homes. Immaculately clean, plenty of light and large bedrooms. Alan and Lindsay were very responsive, with Alan even coming to greet us in person when we arrived. Great stay, nothing fell short of expectations.

I stayed here for 10 weeks while working temporarily in Hull - it was perfect! The flat was cosy, quiet, safe, and very convenient for walking around Beverley and for getting to shops, the railway station, the bus station etc. Parking was around the corner at the ASDA carpark, which was also very safe and convenient - about a ten minute walk away and there was also some on-street parking near the flat which were free for an hour - useful for loading/unloading luggage. The flat had everything I needed for living in for a long period - the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery and modern appliances , and it was so comfortable to stay there for a longer period. Nic was very reponsive and communicative - she came round straight away when the fire alarm battery needed changing! I had no problems during my stay. The wifi was brilliant and the TV was linked up to iPlayer, Netflix etc. I loved my stay and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for an overnight stay. Spotlessly clean, well equipped close to town. This was our 2nd stay & will be back I’m sure.

lovely place to stay at. the hosts were very responsive and helpful. the apartment is perfect for a little weekend get away while still having the benefit of feeling at home. unfortunately, our trip was cut short due to family events but will definitely be rebooking when we can.

Absolutely lovely apartment! Private secured car park was a huge bonus! Fantastic location for either train or car. 7mins from city centre on foot. Fresh milk and some snacks provided. Really nice decoration- ticked all our boxes:)

Great stay once again! Lovely hosts, very easy check in, this place is perfect for our family… spacious, clean and lovely little garden area! Pool table is a brilliant treat!!

Excellent weekend stay, apartment was super clean and tidy. We loved the fact it was dog friendly! The apartment is easily accessible and situated above a row of shops, I expected a little noise however it was very peaceful and quiet the whole weekend. The large bed was a little too soft for us to sleep on (but that is personal preference). There were snacks & milk left out for us which was great. Would stay again!

My stay was pleasant. I would recommend the place to family of group looking for accommodation near Lincoln Cathedral or castle.

Fantastic stay, location couldn't be better - a stone's throw from the beach and a huge range of bars, restaurants, shops etc but set back on a side street so is also very quiet. The flat is nicely decorated and clean, with everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home - it's clear Kelly has put a lot of thought and effort into the place. Thanks for having us, and we'll definitely be coming back!

Valerie and John are fantastic hosts, with a beautiful flat in a stunning location. The flat itself was pristine, easy to find, in a perfect location for the surrounding area and spacious. The kitchen was Beautiful, easy to use and so much bigger than it seems in the photo. I can't recommend any of Valerie's rooms enough!

Lovely peaceful place, fabulous view of the Minster. The sound of the bells was marvellous. Such a convenient location to walk about this beautiful market town. Monks Walk pub, almost next door, is a must. Quick walk to M & S for supplies as well.

We were staying in Louth as my wife was on a course and I was going to “work from home” from the apartment. It turned out to be a great decision, first the flat was 5 minutes from the course venue and there was a perfect space in the flat for working and the WiFi was excellent. We ate in most of the time the kitchen had everything we needed and was spotless. Everything was very clean and well looked after, fixtures and fittings were all immaculate, furnishings all looked new and the paintwork was immaculate. Great view of the church and really handy for everything. Took a drive out to mablethorpe one night the whole area is stunning. Moira very quick to respond to any questions and looked after us very well
