Monthly Rentals in Huntington

Kevin's place is optimally located , as it is only a couple blocks from the Huntington Metro Station and a 10-minute drive to Old Town Alexandria. The neighborhood is peaceful and diverse. The backyard gate gives you access to a walking path that a ton of people use to get their exercise. We had our dog with us, and we walked the path and the neighborhood frequently. The house matched his description, and we felt right at home within minutes of entering. Kevin is also very responsive. We will be back.

First thing we noticed was how clean everything was! The space is exactly as listed and does include a parking space in the driveway! The neighborhood seemed nice and was very close to a metro station. We had delicious Chinese food and ordered pizza from restaurants just down the road. Overall it was great and made our vacation to DC even better.

We spent 2 1/2 months at The Common Room this Fall. We loved the location and accessibility to the metro. We have a car and appreciated a dedicated parking space as well. We lived here during a time of transition and the space was was perfect for us. Dani and Megan created a clean, contemporary, and cozy haven. Their attention to detail was amazing! They provided so many amenities it made it easy to settle in, cook a meal, read a book from the lending library, or watch a movie on the big screen. The backyard was a peaceful oasis and extended the living space. We had all sorts of wildlife visitors in the backyard to delight us: foxes, deer, squirrels and cardinals. Dani and Megan are wonderful hosts. They are very responsive and addressed any issues we had regarding the space in a timely manner. We needed to extend our stay and they are were able to accommodate us. We look forward to staying an additional 2 1/2 months!

Leslie's apartment is a great location if traveling to the DC area without a car. It is within a 10 minute walk of a metro line that takes visitors to many of the common DC sites such as the Pentagon, Arlington Cemetary, and National Mall area without the need to transfer to a different line. The National Zoo is also easy to reach from her location. Highly recommend for visitors. Beds were comfortable and apartment was very clean.
