Monthly Rentals in Huntington

I didn’t know much about the DC/Alexandria area when I booked this trip. Was very pleased with this rental. The neighborhood was safe and right down the street from the Marta station. I suppose you could walk, but I knew my family of five would be tired after a day out exploring, and it was a little chilly, so we opted to leave our car at the station. Alexandria is a lovely area, and our place was close to Old Towne Alexandria, cute shopping and nice restaurants. There is a Whole Foods Market about 7 minutes away. Host was very kind and responsive - there were no batteries in the upstairs fan. When I reached out to the host, she had the batteries delivered to our door in the hour. I will also add that the kitchen is very well stocked to cook meals. We had several dinners in, and I was pleased to find most of what I needed to cook. Beds were comfy, ceiling fans in every room, king size bed in master, enough linens, very clean. Highly recommend.

A nice spacious house a 15 minute walk to metro with direct access to DC (yellow line). Great for travelers who want space to work from home. The fenced in backyard is great for guests and their pets to enjoy the outdoors in a quiet and private location. Highly recommend!

Dani's place was very clean, well-equipped, comfortable, private and secure. The bed was especially comfortable with high quality linens and really comfortable pillows. The kitchen had many more supplies than is typically found in an Airbnb, which made preparing meals super easy. Again, high quality and well thought-out cookware and utensils (and quality spices, full coffee and tea making supplies, olive oil, vinegar, two types of sugar, etc.) to cover a range of needs in a relatively compact kitchen. There were many thoughtful details throughout the unit and an excellent supply of laundry, kitchen, bathroom and entertainment amenities. Dani was very friendly and responsive and made me feel welcomed and secure. The location is in a quiet residential area but very close to main roads and transport. While a metro station is nearby, I used a car and really appreciated having my own reserved parking space right on the property. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Great place to stay! Very nice home and was easy for us to drive to restaurants and tourist spots. The house was really nice, beautiful kitchen. Beds super comfy. Would definitely stay here again.
