Others who prefer to cook less during their holidays will find a well-deserved refreshment in the surrounding restaurants after an eventful day in Baiersbronn and its surroundings.

The climate-friendly house was converted into a holiday home with a lot of passion for detail. Typical furnishing elements from the Black Forest were used. The original rooms and low floor heights were deliberately not changed, they convey the rustic cosiness that makes it so unique. Let yourself be surprised, you will like it. The holiday house can accommodate 4 guests, suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. teenagers. (see bedroom No.1+No.2)

Sauna, animals and nature in the "Lerchennest"

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house in 1890. The small village of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna to relax, feed goats or hike together, cuddly hangovers and all kinds of more.

The apartment is optimally suited for couples, solo travelers, or good friends. Children are of course welcome as well. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.60m), a bright bathroom, a toilet, and an open living and dining area. The sofa is convertible and provides, if necessary, two additional sleeping spots. The apartment is renovated, modern, and well-equipped.

The house is a hillside location, so that you have to climb a stairway to reach the front door. Most of the time it is very quiet around the house, except on saturdays when the swabian people are working in their gardens ;-) There is no nightlife in the village, but it is a good location the start activities like hiking or mountainbiking directly from the house.

Our cottage is ideal as a starting point for hikes and as an apartment for families with one to two children. The balcony and spacious living room offer plenty of light and a panoramic view over the valley. The overgrown garden borders the edge of the forest, the nearest hiking trail is less than a hundred metres away.
