Our Tiny House was built in 2019 from exclusively ecological material and has a very good insulation against heat. (For ecological reasons, we did not install an air conditioning system.) It is fully equipped and offers much space inside. (20 sq.m.) We used natural, modern style furniture. The Tiny House ist perfect for 2 persons. The additional bed in the living room is 1.75 m and nice for one child or short people not taller than 1.65 m. The new pergola gives shadow to the sitting place.

Cook favourite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Walkable to your morning cup of coffee, restaurant, hiking trails, jogging and bar. Safe, cozy, cool, good energy, feel at home. The house is suitable for 2 persons with potentially extra 2 persons to sleep in built-in beds/couch in the living room at an extra cost of 15euro/person.

VillaDora

Cottage with sea view. It consists of two bedrooms (one double and two single beds) kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is outside and is just outside the kitchen. Under the house there is a beach where you can reach by a path with stairs in two minutes. At the back of the house there is a garden with stairs and levels with resting areas. Access to the house is from the road through a path with stairs in 1 minute. Public Parking 80m from the house. Unsuitable for people with disabilities.

It's the ground floor of a 2-storey house , designed by a well-known Ikarian architect . Faros has a sandy beach with crystal clear water. There is a mini market , a few tavernas and beach bars. The view of the Eastern Aegean and Fourni islands is breathtaking !

Τraditional tower at Ikaria

The tower is a 2 level apartment at 'Pyrgos traditional village', above the museum of ikaria. Pyrgos traditional village is a complex of 8 traditional buildings at the top of Agios Kirikos, a traditional small village with a common pool only for guests, a small reception, breakfast area, parking, common verandas and yards and natural vegetation. The tower has a small kitchen and two sofa-beds at the main floor and one main bedroom with a bathroom with shower at the top floor.

Stylish, fully-equipped cottage right in front of the beach of Armenistis. Comfortably fits 3 persons, but can sleep up to 5 persons (see description below). Magnificent sea view, excellent location. Just a 1-minute walk to the sandy beach, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarket, souvenir shops. 2-minute drive to Messakti & Livadi beach, 10 min. to Christos Raches, 20 min. to Evdilos harbour, 75 min. to airport.
