Stay up to our expectations! Spacious and well-equipped accommodation. Very nice bright. Very nice bedding. The heating was on when we arrived which is very nice. Very nice sea view from afar. Home not far from the center of Erquy. Beautiful experience!

Jean-Pierre's apartment is located in a place 5 minutes' walk from the station, very easy to reach, on the 4th floor with an elevator, the check-in and check-out times are flexible. Jean-Pierre is a very kind and friendly host who will try to accommodate our requests. We enjoyed having afternoon tea and cooking our own dinner in the apartment and walking for 15 minutes to the lively town area, we enjoyed our stay and recommended for travelers traveling to Rennes.

Functional and well-equipped accommodation. Perfect for a family. Well located for a quick drive to Saint Malo, Dinan, Cancale and Mont Saint Michel.

Hello There were 4 of us who came specifically for the National Animation Film Festival. The apartment is lovely in this old house. Great location. Supermarket, bakeries nearby. Saturday morning market. Very clean . Really nice and very good responsiveness from Ael. I would recommend it in a second. And if you want to park there are weekly passes in the nearby parking lot.

great apartment in the heart of Sainte-Anne! the apartment is very charming and the location is really great (we hear a lot of noise in the apartment since it is in the center but it's normal!) Very clean, tidy and thank you so much for the very fluid communication:)

Enjoy your stay. Clean, well-equipped apartment and located close to all amenities. Several hiking trails are within easy walking distance. No difficulty in parking nearby. Ronan's place is extremely well located. The market downstairs from the building is a plus and we didn't hear any noise. The apartment is very quiet for work. The apartment is more spacious than it appears in the photos. Ronan is very flexible and enjoyable. Highly recommended host and listing! Thank you for everything!

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!
