The monumental staircase and facade are classified as historical monuments. It is a 5-minute walk to the square and the Sainte-Anne metro station, and 10 minutes to the parliament.

The barn is well positioned for exploring this wonderful area, too. The old pirate town of Saint-Malo, impressive Mont St Michel and the beautiful city of Rennes are on our doorstep. The property is surrounded by fields, and is separated from the main farmhouse by even more greenery.
