Close to the beach, the park and the shops, from Villa Andre you can do everything on foot! We're right next to the train station (La Rochelle center can be reached in 7 minutes on the ter), the beach and the Chatelaillon park with its miniature golf course and extensive children's play areas. Very well located, ideal for walks and bikes (bike path at the foot), close to the village of Saint-Trojan and the thalassotherapy center. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a TV, wifi... It has a bedroom with a bed (140) and a sofa bed (140) in the living room. Bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace of 14m² with sun loungers.
