We offer a town house renovated in April 2022 in a quiet area but 2 min walk from the central market and 6 min from the old port of La Rochelle, so in the very center. This house has a patio but also a garage. in a residence just at the end of the street (100 meters) with a length of 4.60 m and 1.80 m in height. Once installed you can do everything on foot: the market, the pedestrian streets and the port. The ideal place to enjoy La Rochelle while sleeping peacefully.

This bright 20m2 studio on the 3rd floor of an old building is ideally located a 2-minute walk from the very famous towers of the old port (Vieux Port). You have a fantastic clear view of the Lantern tower from the window. You will sleep in a a real bed of 140cm large folding very comfortable. Culture, beaches, shops, park, resaturants, bars... Everything is within walking distance! You’ll feel right at home!
