Beautiful location allows access to the city center on foot, Nicolas is a gracious, friendly and always available host. The place matched the description and was in very good condition when we arrived

Very nice accommodation. The owners are very welcoming and very accommodating regarding the check-in and check-out time. The accommodation is located in the center of the village close to transportation, restaurants and activities.

We had a pleasant stay at Clos des Vieux Moulins. Caroline and Nicolas are particularly welcoming and available. The villa is comfortable and perfectly equipped. We enjoyed the cleanliness, environment and calm of the place. We'll come back without a doubt.

Clean accommodation, very well arranged, well decorated, spacious bathroom, outdoor space a little small but friendly. Bed to be made upon arrival with the sheets provided which is convenient (as well as towels). Nicolas is welcoming. The accommodation is well located in the Fleet and having a location to park the car safely is a real plus. Being also able to safely park bikes too.

Very pleasant stay, peaceful place ideally located near the port and shops. Perfectly equipped apartment, everything is very well thought out, nothing is missing. And the little extra with wellness care. Everything was perfect. I recommend.

I put it noisy because we had the accommodation located on the parking and garbage side, so noisy asser especially qd people throw the glass at 11 p.m..... Apart from these random events, the accommodation corresponded to the descriptions, very good hospitality and experience.

The setting is beautiful!! A peaceful harbor nestled in cozy and thoughtful garden. The apartment (with private and equipped terrace (tables, umbrella chairs and deckchairs) is impeccable, matches the photos. The beds are made and towels are provided. The jacuzzi area is protected by a barrier, it is clean and odorless. The access times are wide. Dominic's (Edouard) son welcomed us, kindness and professionalism are on the agenda. Dominic will check in with us at checkout and upon request, show us other accommodations in the residence. It was perfect!!! To conclude, we enjoyed the lingerie (3 machines and 3 dry linens available) all included in the rental, a large space on the porch to store bicycles, addresses written with chalk on a painting on the gate (original) The least, but really for a swing: a kettle is missing for tea drinkers 🤪 Thanks to Dominic, we had a great time

This place was amazing. Just wonderful. Clean. Perfectly positioned. Spacious. Hosts were amazing and answered every need we had. What a wonderful week we had. We will be coming back.

The residence is perfectly located and its amenities make the stay very pleasant: heated pool and bike garage very useful on the Île de Ré. The hospitality is very friendly and friendly. The apartment is functional and bright, very pleasant to live in. We really enjoyed our stay! Only small point to improve, the absence of salt, pepper and condiments when cooking on site is a little annoying. It would also be nice to have the number of doses of the dishwasher in relation to the length of stay same for the towel and toilet paper. But these are really small details compared to the quality of the accommodation and the residence.
