Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Independent room within house.

This is an independent studio (within a newly finished house) with its own access to the street and cut from the rest of the house. There is a queen size bed, a bathroom & toilet Coffee & Hot water maker. There is a few restaurants (for all price range) near by No bikes provided but there is the possibility to rent them near by. Please note that: Pets are not allowed There is a TV but Internet is still under installation There is no Kitchen in the studio.

It consists of a living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The smallest bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 and the large bedroom has 1 bed of 140. All with an enclosed and private garden among the pines. Unpack your bags and enjoy the serenity of the place.
