Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Welcome to our little house, ideally located between the sea and the forest, in the Les Grenettes neighbourhood. Enjoy your holiday with family or friends. Relax in the sun on the large terrace; the beach is just 200 metres away, while cycle paths, ideal for exploring the island by bike, are 300 metres away. For the more sporty, there are numerous jogging routes, a surf spot 300 m away, kitesurfing spots, a driving range 6 km away, and horse riding 5 km away. Private parking, secluded garden.

Independent room within house.

This is an independent studio (within a newly finished house) with its own access to the street and cut from the rest of the house. There is a queen size bed, a bathroom & toilet Coffee & Hot water maker. There is a few restaurants (for all price range) near by No bikes provided but there is the possibility to rent them near by. Please note that: Pets are not allowed There is a TV but Internet is still under installation There is no Kitchen in the studio.

Quiet south garden * close to ocean * bike paths

The house is located in a very quiet area, a short walk from the ocean (500 m). It faces south/south-west, with a private terrace, and the garden overlooks the vineyard. Parking is free, and there are cycle paths nearby. Ideal for 4 people, I can, however, accommodate 5 people, either with an additional bed for a baby (travel cot) or with an additional bed in the living room. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price.

House of 250 m² on two levels, located in the heart of Saint-Martin-de-Ré. Outdoor parking space depending on the season and small furnished courtyard. Rental possible for weekends outside school holidays. If the days you want to come are not open for rent, please contact me, I can unblock them. Charming house in the heart of St-MARTIN, close to the port and bike paths in a quiet residence, with all the comfort and modernity to spend pleasant, relaxing moments full of good memories. Kitchen for real cooking (large oven, large hob, large smeg fridge with freezer part, large dishwasher), excellent bedding for a restful sleep, walk-in shower, large terrace to enjoy the outdoors and free shaded parking space.

Villas Véronique, a piece of paradise on Ile de Ré. A unique place for a new approach to luxury. Superb villa with private heated pool with sea 50 m away. The living room is open to the outside. A bedroom with a double bed and high-quality bedding connects to the living room through a large carved rosewood door. The second bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom has a natural stone walk-in shower.

In a quiet area, 250 m from the most beautiful beaches of Ile de Ré (5 min walk), detached house of 100 m2 with heated pool (8 m x 3 m) from April to October (if the outside temperature allows) completely renovated, very bright, full of charm, volume and beautiful materials, at the end of a cul-de-sac and without neighbors. Over 600 m2 of garden. 15 min walk to Couarde market and 5 min by bike.

The small house on the coast, 180° sea view

In the village of La Flotte, our small house is located next to the Châteliers Abbey and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The view of the ocean, the villages of La Flotte and Saint Martin de Ré is extraordinary. Calm and serenity reign supreme... The village center is very quickly accessible by bike in 10 minutes (2 km) or by the coastal path, a magical walk!

The house is located facing the sea and facing south. Beach access is direct through the garden. Ideal for family vacations, it is very well equipped with a ping pong table, barbecue and even a piano! On the ground floor: 3 beautiful bedrooms including one with a private bathroom and a children's bedroom upstairs! Shops and the market are a few minutes' walk away.

Nice cottage with shared garden

Small, very functional house in the center of the island! The garden is a common area between the cottage and my house, with a separation of 30 meters. The small terrace and garden area will make your vacation unforgettable!
