Upstairs, accessible by a slightly steep staircase, 1 bedroom (15 m²) equipped with a 160 cm bed, a children's bedroom (9 m²) offering 2 90 cm beds and a small bathroom (shower and sink). Outside facing west, private courtyard/terrace of 30 m² with garden furniture and barbecue.
