Holiday rentals with breakfast in Illinois River

The hostess, Dawn has the home well stocked with the small personal items making it so convenient for her guest. Several style of restaurants within a few miles to select from. The hostess was pleasant to work with throughout the whole stay. We'll use Dawn again on our next vist.

Wonderful place to stay if you like peace, quiet, and nature. Amy always checked if I needed anything. Her dog is a bonus if you like dogs. Very sweet boy.

Renee's place was everything we wanted and more for our vacation! Heated pool, hot tub, beautiful surroundings and peace/quiet. The mood/feel of the house was perfect upon arrival, the rooms lit and the music was a very nice touch! The house was very clean and we hope to be back again!! 10/10 would recommend!

We were traveling due to a loss in the family. Tyler not only granted early access to the house, they thought of all few extra we have never experienced with airbnb before! Everything from extra charges for our phones to games in the patio area to a bottle of wine next to the guest book/ Polaroid camera for us to leave a personal note!! I have stayed in a number of homes with airbnb and Tyler's attention to detail for his historic country home was nothing less than surprising! The house has the perfect combination of old time charm and modern amenities! We can't wait to stay again!! (under better circumstances, of course!) Thank you for sharing this amazing house with the Airbnb community! It is worth the stay!!!

Mindy was a great host. Always had a prompt response to questions. The house was spotless and in good working order. We cooked several breakfasts and big dishes for family potlucks and appreciated her well stocked kitchen. It is centrally located so not far from anything.

Beautiful home, clean and great location to enjoy all that Grafton has to offer. All the supplies you would need in this home. All beds were full mattresses.

We loved our time at Hungry World Farm. It was a nice retreat for our group. We appreciated learning from Sam on the tour, milking goats, and exploring the surroundings. We also got the best of being able to have a campfire and have cozy indoor space.

When I booked the Loft in Bloomington, I was in a bind and needed quick accommodations for a last-minute trip with family; however, what I got from this lovely home far exceeded my expectations. Nestled in the middle of an idyllic slice of Americana, this home is a well-decorated homage to the classic homes of yesteryear. A sturdy prewar, my parents and I reveled in morning coffee in the bright kitchen as beams of sunlight streamed in from a nearby window. The gorgeous wood floors and cozy decor thrusts you right back into your childhood home, inviting a sense of calm and familiarity with Deiy and Jb's timeless design scheme. The beds are extremely comfortable, the water pressure is strong, and the house and neighborhood are quiet but not isolated. But despite the home's charm, the true selling point were the host's friendly, responsive, and warm demeanor. Throughout my trip, Deiy and Jb checked in on us and ensured that we had everything we needed to feel at home! Book this home!

Vikki has an absolutely beautiful home and we really enjoyed our stay. Honestly, I never rent rooms… we prefer to rent an entire place but with the holidays there wasn’t much available so we decided to take a risk and rent a room from Vikki. Our stay exceeded our expectations on every level. Her rooms are mostly rented by medical professionals. The place is quiet and sparkling clean. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a quick getaway and reserved a two night stay at Blessings. When we booked we knew nothing about Jacksonville and only after I started looking into Blessings MORE did I realize it's an award-winning Bed and Breakfast! Needless to say, the award they received is justified. The home is beautiful inside and out. Their large front porch is my favorite spot. The Innkeeper Gwenn made us feel at home from the moment we stepped inside. Lovely conversation and hospitality. Gwenn told us she's always wanted to be an Innkeeper and you can tell by the way she keeps her home that it's a passion of hers. My favorite meal of our stay was our first breakfast: poached pears with raspberry glaze, coffee, orange juice, fresh waffles with a scoop of ice cream, whipped cream and syrup all next to a big window at a table for two with china and fancy glasses. Decadent? Yes. But isn't a getaway supposed to be? The Tranquility room itself is beautiful. It has a comforting air that let's you know you can put your feet up and relax. The clawed bathtub was glorious. There were multiple robes, extra towels, bath salts and other little details (sewing kit?! fake fireplace that flickers throughout the night?!) that we kept finding around the room. And if that isn't enough, Gwenn offered us milk and cookies at bedtime within 30 minutes of meeting us. Um, yes please. My own mother didn't give me milk and cookies at bedtime! So if you're looking to be treated like you've come home, Gwenn delivers. We'll be back!

Loved the literature about the house posted throughout. A little street noise but not too bad.

I have stayed here previously and my stay both times was lovely! Very hospitable hosts! I felt welcome and the home is very peaceful.

Loved the carriage house! The hosts were very accommodating as we had family coming and leaving on slightly different schedules and they were able to meet all of us and meet our needs. My partner has specific dietary requirements and they met them quite cheerfully, making him a special plate with just what he needed. Overall an excellent experience.

I really enjoyed my experience at the Vrooman mansion. They paid a lot of attention to detail, I was met on arrival and given a tour of the place, and breakfast was absolutely fantastic. I've stayed in many Airb&bs, and this is one of the very best.

Really cosy home with everything you need. The quiche and fruit waiting in the fridge made me feel so welcomed and was so delicious! I would love to come back amd bring the family!
