Great apartment for outdoor agents newly renovated

We offer a furnished convenient 1-bedroom apartment for 1-2 people south of the Thuringian Forest. Our apartment is very comfortable and also has underfloor heating and Wi-Fi. The room is suitable for relaxing, sleeping and working. It has a cozy couch for up to 2 people. The kitchen has a rustic flair with a small table and two chairs. To the bathroom belongs a new shower, sink and a toilet. In the summer-time you can also use the terrace to enjoy the sun just outside of the apartement. In summer, you can explore countless trails in the Thuringian Forest. Unwind and enjoy in surrounding traditional pubs with traditional Thuringian and Franconian cuisine. In winter, there are many cross-country ski and skating trails. You can practice your winter sports actively or just take a relaxing walk in fresh and crispy winter air. For Cross-country skiers there is a variety of difficulties available, from simple to challenging trails. For skiers and snowboarders nearby slopes also rank from simple to challenging. At ski arena Silbersattel in Steinach, only 15 minutes drive from us, you can get the kick out of winter sports, even if you are just beginner. The area further offers the residence of Coburg (Bavaria), the Upper Main-Therme Bad Staffelstein (Bavaria) and the Meiningen Theater which are all worth a visit. Since we live next door to the apartment and are very familiar with the area, we also give you information about outdoor activities and other attractions in the area. Apartment in the middle of the old town

My apartment about 35 square meters is in the middle of the old town on the first floor in a backyard, so in the evening usually very quiet. Close to art and culture ,restaurants, and shopping. We are in the pedestrian zone, therefore there is no parking directly at the house, but the parking garage at the cathedral square is only about 300 meters away on foot. Please understand that smoking is prohibited in the apartment, in the backyard there is a kl garden where you can enjoy that in the fresh air

The perfect break for 2 or 3 people also with a dog: Our wellness bungalow "Auszeit" with a large garden, in the middle of the Thuringian Forest, between Suhl and Zella Mehlis, very quiet and away. The highlight here is the outdoor sauna, which can be heated with wood in all seasons. Wood is included as well as bathrobes. There is also a gas grill available outside. Pets are welcome. Pure nature! Right on the Rennsteig. The cozy wooden house is located directly on the edge of the forest in a secluded location, within walking distance of the center (the nearest supermarket is 150 meters away). The climatic health resort of Masserberg as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Hiking, cycling and cross-country trails are right outside the front door.
