Our cozy 25 m² holiday home with garden and barbecue area is surrounded by nature, directly on the Saale and on the Saale bike path in the vineyards of the spa town of Bad Kösen in the Burgenland district. From here you can quickly reach interesting excursion destinations such as Naumburg Cathedral, our numerous castles or Pforta Monastery, as well as historical places and larger cities such as Jena, Leipzig or Weimar. Here you can relax, enjoy your vacation and recover from everyday life.

Helle, freundliche Dachgeschosswohnung. Es gibt ein Doppelbett und ein Reisebett für Kleinkinder im Schlafzimmer und eine Couch im Wohnzimmer. In der geräumigen Küche kann in gemütlicher Runde gegessen werden. Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne mit Duschabtrennung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Haus meiner Mama. Sie kümmert sich um die Schlüsselübergabe. Bei Buchung mit Hund fallen 5 € zusätzlich pro Tier und Nacht an. Bitte die Kurtaxe in Höhe von 2,50 € pro Person bar vor Ort bezahlen.

Welcome to our sweet 45 sqm small holiday bungalow in Lichtenberg /Franconia, which is in the heart of a holiday park. In the middle of nature surrounded by the Franconian Forest next to the Lichtenberg bathing lake and Höllental. Modernly furnished with satellite TV and fast Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms, shared parking, pets welcome. We are the perfect starting point for hikes and excursions into nature. Our apartment is located in the beautiful Saale Valley below the Burgkhammer dam and in the immediate vicinity of Burgk Castle. Relax in a quiet, relaxed atmosphere surrounded by greenery. In our historic half-timbered house, you can expect the warmth of old plank floors and the coziness of antique furniture as well as modern comfort. The small separate garden offers space to relax and for the children to play. We are happy to advise you on excursions, hikes and bike tours.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

It is only 200 m to the tram at the fish market. Everything your heart desires is in the immediate vicinity. The amenities are of high quality! A beautiful terrace completes the whole thing. The listed and traffic-calmed city center offers no or paid parking.
