On the ground floor, you will find a cosy living area with a rocking chair and pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a rock bath with a rain shower.

Spanning 107 m² over two floors, this holiday home offers a living room with an open-plan kitchen, as well as a bedroom with an adjoining dressing room and a bathroom on the lower floor. The generously equipped kitchen offers the possibility to cater for yourself completely. The comfortable bedroom is fitted with a 1.80-metre-wide double bed. If necessary, an additional sleeping space can be quickly set up on the wardrobe bed. As a special highlight, there is a sauna in the cottage.

My family and I live on the sunny outskirts of Waldau, directly in the beautiful Ansbachtal at the foot of the Thuringian Forest. A separate entrance leads you to your area of the house. The bright and newly renovated rooms invite you to relax. The forest is almost at your doorstep. It is only a few minutes by bike to the Ratscher mountain lake. The Goethe city of Ilmenau, the state capital of Erfurt or the Vestestadt of Coburg in neighboring Bavaria are easily accessible by highway.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. Your dog is also welcome on the fenced, 1600 sqm garden plot. Wi-Fi, sauna, hot tub and table tennis are available free of charge. The pool and sauna are exclusively available for you. Free parking is also available in the fenced property and in front of the garage.

The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a large, bidet shower, infrared cabin and underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The washer-dryer is also integrated in this. The high ceilings and large windows give a great sense of space, which is underlined by modern LED lamps. Dim the rooms or set their light temperature as desired.

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
