The spacious private non-smoking apartment is located on the first floor of the approx. 500-year-old old town house. The apartment itself is barrier-free, but not barrier-free to reach.

I live with my husband in a very nice house in the green and quiet „Seckenheim“ a district of Mannheim. We have renovated the upper floor of our house with a lot of heart and soul and are happy to welcome great guests there. Of course we are happy to support you, so that you will have a nice stay in the „Rhein-Neckar“ region and with us. The accommodation is called "KAISER7" a name combination of the street name and the house number. Our motto is "Stay with friends".

The SAP Arena and the Maimarkt fairground are just a few minutes away. Heidelberg, Schwetzingen and Ladenburg are further attractions in the immediate vicinity. Hikers get their money's worth in the Odenwald. Those travelling for work will also appreciate the central location. It couldn't be more versatile!
