The washing machine in the laundry room is also available by arrangement. This apartment is the ideal place to relax in peace and enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snack bar, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

A small charming apartment in the basement awaits you. Due to two windows, it is bright and pleasantly cool on hot summer days. From our place, it is not far to the lake, directly to Friedrichshafen (travel time by car approx. 10 minutes). The fair, airport and the Zeppelin hangar are also not far away. There are many shops and restaurants in our village. The beautiful Lake Constance, the Alps and the Allgäu can be explored very well from here.

Vacation home in Immenstaad - fascinating lake view

Our beautiful vacation home offers the ideal opportunity to relax and unwind surrounded by nature on about 50 square meters! Towels, bed linen and cutlery are of course included in the price. Stunning lake view!! Two separate bedrooms are located on the upper floor, which can be reached via a Sambat staircase. Private car parking is available! The municipality of Immenstaad charges a tourist tax of €3.50 per person per day!

Living and sleeping rooms as well as the hallway are designed with natural wood floors. The renovated apartment is about a 2-minute walk from the historic city center of Meersburg.
