Small but nice apartment on the edge of the Altmühltal nature park. Separate entrance and parking space right in front of the house, the apartment is located in the basement. The apartment has natural light and you feel like you are on the ground floor. The village has 300 inhabitants and is very quiet. Shopping within 10 km. Train stop is about 7 km away. However, public transport is virtually non-existent. Check flexible. Washing is possible on request in the neighboring apartment

I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

Close to outdoor and indoor swimming pool, park (green belt that goes around the old town) and of course the old town with shopping, cafes, bars, museums (medicine and museum for concrete art).
