The house is called Casa Piccolo Nido, which means "little nest" in Italian. It's located in an historic nucleus with winding pathways and beautiful old homes. The house is a small but spacious three rooms rustico, with a cozy atmosphere, which includes a fire place. There are three floors. The neighborhood is very quiet, even in summer, for a nice relaxing get away close to nature. The hosts are always close by for any last minute necessities. Wi-Fi only from next door signal.

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

Ski lifts or thermal baths are a 5-minute drive.

Our apartment is a family area that we renovated in spring 2024. Family furniture mingles to our taste for modernity. Ideally located between the train station, the shops and 1kg of the gondola, we enjoy it all winter and rent the rest of the year. If you like convenient spaces, well equipped and well located you will have a wonderful stay.
