Beachfront holiday rentals in Intracoastal Waterway

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

The place was just like the photos, very clean, easy to access and beautiful. I would definitely stay in this place again and the host, Todd was very friendly and responded very quickly. Thank you for the amazing stay!

We started our little family vacation in Vilano Beach last year and decided to make it a yearly tradition. This house was perfect! It was a close walk to the beach and had everything we needed. There were plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, etc! Lori also provides a very detailed book full of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The neighborhood is so cute and perfect for walking the dog. The house was very accommodating for the pup as well. It was another fun filled vacation!

First time staying here, but we've always had a great experience staying at Lisa's properties in St. Augustine, always clean with thoughtful amenities, and very close to the beach. Lisa is an amazing hostess, and we're so lucky that she loves dogs!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb in St. Augustine Beach, and it was truly a fantastic experience. From the moment I booked, the rental company was proactive and made the entire process seamless. The private community where it was located was quiet and picturesque, providing a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With private beach access and a pool just steps away from the beach house, I couldn't have asked for a better location. The beach house itself was exactly as described in the listing - cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities were perfect for a beach getaway, and I appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable stay. Check-in and checkout were a breeze, thanks to clear instructions provided by the rental company. I appreciated the smooth communication and organization throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb in St. Augustine Beach and will be booking again in the future.

Tim and Melody were fabulous hosts. They were responsive and accommodating from our first communication to checkout. The house is in a great location with lots of amenities for a beach vacation. Grocery store is walkable and it is close to restaurants and activities. Will certainly consider for our future vacation. Thank you Tim and Melody!

Wendy’s place was exactly as described. It was very comfortable but clutter free. The beach was very close, just about a block or so, on a quiet street. I loved that Wendy did not have a ridiculous cleaning fee or pet fee. We always clean up before we leave any Airbnb we stay in, so having expensive cleaning costs are always a turn off. Overall, the home was very clean and tidy. The couch was super comfy with automated recliners. Wendy provides plenty of beach supplies, as well as kitchen items for cooking. Everything worked! The giant Roku enabled tvs were a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay with lots to do within walking distance. Beautiful beach only a short walk as well as restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, etc. Narelle was very quick to respond and helpful, answering all questions. The condo was perfect for my group of 3 and we all felt like home there. Would definitely recommend staying there!

Views from the master bedroom are stunning! Especially the sunrise. Sleeper sofa in master was great for young kids.

This was a perfect place to stay!!! The house is gorgeous and very clean, the location is perfect, and Steven is a great host and is very responsive. Our family had the best time and we said multiple times that we would come back in the future!!! Highly recommend!

These were the absolute bests hosts we have ever encountered. So responsive and helpful. Truly amazing. Great place with a backyard pool and a short walk to the beach and to coffee and food.

Condo was great! Short walk across the parking lot to the public beach access. Kitchen was well stocked. Our kids loved the bunk/loft beds. Unit is on the 3rd floor and there’s no elevator so be prepared for that. Super close to great restaurants, ice cream, & putt putt. We would stay here again!

Communication was great!! very easy check in process. House was very clean and well set up. Beds are comfortable. Pool was clean and very relaxing environment. We will definitely come back again if we stay in Saint Augustine. Jackie Lowder

Christopher was such an amazing host! The home is even more beautiful than the pictures and truly GORGEOUS! A very short walk to the beach and the pool area was private and serene. The bed was sooooo comfy and everything was immaculate! Truly a gorgeous home, if you ever decide to sell, let me know Christopher LOL 10/10 recommend

The house was a perfect place for our family to get away for a few days. Plenty of room to spread out. We greatly enjoyed the pool! It was about a 5 min walk to the beach and around 10 min drive to downtown St. Augustine. We appreciated the provided pool towels, toys, beach chairs and wagon. We would stay here again!

Jodi's place is wonderful! It's beautifully and tastefully decorated, has quality and comfortable furniture and beds, and well equipped kitchen, bed and bathrooms. What stands out is her attention to detail and the extra touches that made us feel special: from the abundance of beach gear, assortment of bath, kitchen and laundry supplies, and a welcome snack & wine basket to the way the beds and bathrooms were dressed (actually every room!) shows how much she cares about her guests and wants them to feel welcome and at home. Thank you again Jodi! We loved our time at your home!

Jodi was a great host and very accommodating. The residence and location was beautiful. We had a family of 8, four of them being kids. We went to the beach everyday and St. Augustine is a stone's throw away. Great place for a family vacation!

Wonderful private beach 3 steps outside the lovely wrap around deck. Wonderful stay within a short drive to Saint Augustine. Great restaurants right down the street. Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Laura and Jeremy’s home and would definitely return again! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, great location to beach and to many things to do. The kitchen was well stocked. There were many beach items available for use which was very helpful. The kids loved the ping pong table and available games. The beach was just a short walk away and felt like a private beach, beautiful white sand and many shells. Communication was fabulous, with lots of local recommendations by the hosts. The neighborhood was well maintained, quiet, friendly people, and felt very safe.

The location and especially the proximity to the water compared to the neighbors is darn hard to beat. You can hear the waves crashing from most rooms when the door to the front porch is open. We had a great time and totally enjoyed our stay. My only critique is that most of the windows are painted shut or are inoperable for other reasons and the 2 bedrooms on the west/street side of the house get a fair amount of road noise. Regardless, this beach house is a winner.
