Holiday rentals with breakfast in Inzell

I cannot express enough how kind Seema and her partner were to us during our stay. We managed to check in early and we're even provided small breakfasts in the morning and coffee free of charge! The hospitality could not have been better. The house was large and spotless as well. We 100% recommend!! Thanks both 😃

Alex and Karoline’s are amazing kind hearted hosts who made us feel very welcomed in Munich in their beautiful house. Alex was very proactive communicator with local recommendations and guidance for any inquiries we had. It is sweet touch of the owners’ to serve lovely breakfast every morning. One of the few AirBnB’s we felt like home. Flexible check-in timings, house was very easy to find with free parking beside the house if you are reaching by car. Convenient location one of the nearest S-Bahn stops is “Mittersendling” 12 mins walk from the house in 9-13 mins reaches Munich Hbf we used this way of transportation however you have plenty of bus options also nearby. Clean house with comfy beds. We would definitely choose Alex’s house for our next visit.

We spent one night passing through in the guesthouse and were very satisfied with everything! The breakfast was prepared with a lot of love, included regional and homemade components and was very delicious. We'd love to come back :)

We had a great stay. The room was spacious, very clean and everything was as described. At a first glance the breakfast looks a bit poor, but it had everything indeed and high quality products, fresh vegetables and fruits. Its not ski in ski out, but its quite close to the skiing station we drove only 10-15 min to there. All things considered we had a great stay! Thank you Martin and the entire family!

The cottage was exactly what I was looking for a few days at Lake Tegernsee. Michaela is a good-hearted person and always cares about the well-being of the guest. From the first moment you feel like you're in Grandma's room and incredibly comfortable. There was a varied breakfast every morning and nice conversations where it will go in the day. Michaela always had tips ready and good advice on how best to get to the hiking destinations by public transport. At the end of my stay, I got a cold and promptly got a tea pot and kettle. Really a very great stay, which I can only recommend to everyone. The accommodation also included a piece of terrace, which invites you to linger in warm temperatures. 100 m around the corner is directly the lake, 10 minutes away the nearest bus stop. If you also like to wake up in the morning with cow bells and horses, this is the place to be.

The stay was great, the room was small but cozy, better than the photos suggest. The house is very nice. Claudia is extremely helpful, flexible and very friendly. Thanks to her, everything was just right for me and I had a stress-free stay. I'd love to come back.

The apartment was very central, very nice and stylishly furnished, the hosts very nice and straightforward. The apartment left nothing to be desired, everything was very clean and everything worked well. A very nice outdoor area with pond and fire bowl, which certainly invites you to linger quietly in the summer. We had a fantastic stay! The home was absolutely beautiful—charming, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. It was a perfect match for our trip. The small garden was such a peaceful retreat, a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a day out. The location was also excellent—close to everything we needed, yet calm and quiet. We really appreciated the personal touches: a selection of interesting books, a few different beers and a bottle of wine, and even a bucket of fresh fruits waiting for us as a surprise. It made us feel instantly welcome. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting the host’s husband, who was especially generous with his time and assistance. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

There's also a good restaurant in the notice. It was nice that it was written, and the surrounding scenery It was peaceful and nice. In particular, you can use the washing machine and dryer, so you can use it, so you're on a long-term trip It was really nice for my family. There were too many household utensils There's not enough space to open the luggage It's a little unfortunate

The flat is in the real is same aas on photos - beautiful. If i had question, somebody from staff answer me immediately. The place is perfect, the location too, the host team professional. Its an absolutely 5star rated place⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can't say enough good things about Stephan - always helpful and attentive, smart, funny, the kind of person you want as a friend. And then there's the apartment - spacious, has everything (a 3-4-5 minute tea timer? Really??!!), super comfortable bed and linens. And the location - multiple excellent restaurants and a small market within a few blocks, quiet and peaceful. It just felt like home right away. Thanks so much, Stephan, for this experience!

It was quite and peaceful area. the location is far away from the city centre but it is nice to stay . The location is very closed to München Airport . The rooms and other rooms are very clean and enough furniture. The enterance information is very simply and you can find your flat directly . Thank you for your nice flat.

We had a fabulous time staying at Ruth’s! The apartment is adorable with everything you need including a piano and swing! The neighborhood is adorable, with walking paths and different playgrounds along the way to the subway station. Perfect for the family and easy to get into Munich. Also, there is free parking not far away.

Philipps place was perfect for my stay. The apartment had all amenities to make my stay comfortable and homely. Communication was easy and efficient at all times. Obviously the views were wonderful. As I stayed for work purposes I can't comment on vicinity to tourist attractions. But I can only recommend Philipps place overall.

The hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms are super clean. The entrance area exudes a special atmosphere, with a mixture of traditional elements and modern accents. The location is perfect – quiet, yet central and easily accessible. Particularly noteworthy is the delicious breakfast, which leaves nothing to be desired. It was a great experience all around, and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended! Another stay will follow.

We are particularly grateful for the tips and recommendations for our daily activities. That was very helpful and pleasant. Here, for example, the recommendation for the delicious breakfast buffet in Kranzbichlhof (very easy to reach on foot) should be mentioned. The view from rooms was stunning. Claudia was very personable and accommodating. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. The room and bathroom were very clean. A guesthouse that I definitely recommend.

A wonderful stay. Beautiful view from the windows on the surrounding mountains, valleys, and villages. Very clean and nicely renovated, and the theatrical theme makes this place truly a unique stay. The rooms are well equipped and very well designed, making you feel comfortable and making the room feel spacious and modern. A great place - highly recommend it!

Great, likeable and personal place to stay away from the Kitzbühel-Schickimicki.

Great location and well connected by bus - you can get everywhere quickly. I enjoyed the view and the tranquility. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice. The service at breakfast was very responsive and accommodating.

Thanks for hosting me. It was a quick stay, but I enjoyed it. Roman’s partner was very friendly and welcoming. The place was perfect, all activities in Kaprun and Zell am see are within driving distance.
