José Sandro was an excellent host, showed flexibility with check-in and check-out, the entrance street completely separates from the house. The house with gourmet space and bathroom next to the pool, with fridge, stove and barbecue. Inside there is only one bathroom inside the single room, but the room has an excellent size and accommodates a family or group of friends well. Besides the house is completely air-conditioned. Super recommend and for sure , if I am in Marechal deodoro I will be staying with Sandro again. Very kind person!!!

We have been in the house for 2 weeks and we love being staying there super quiet and very cozy. The house has everything you need from bath towels to all the kitchen utensils… a wonderful pool that my son would wake up at 6 to get into the pool… Kaka the boy who takes care of the house extremely attentive and dedicated to this house as if it was his! every moment we need the help he always answered and was in the house in less than an hour! In the end we love being in this house and we will definitely visit more often! Thank you dona Cristina and the Kaká people very dear and humble.

4 friends traveling along the coast of Brazil we went through great places, wonderful landscapes, but we all unanimously went to Terezinha's house and the service of Bianca was the best home the most cozy, perfect house, if we had to choose a place to come back we would all choose this house congratulations and thank you

House is exactly the same as in the pictures, or even better. We felt at home. The house served us super well, all well equipped, everything very clean and fragrant. It is well located, very close to the sea, and we have some services very close by, such as a convenience, pharmacy and grocery store. Jorge was our homeowner and served us super well, very helpful and helpful. A tip I give is to hire the part of the services of Dona Lourdes, who was responsible for the organization of the house and the kitchen, a super friendly lady and a lot of good people, we love.. except that the foods she prepared for us were delicious, we recommend too much. I stayed in Maceió for 1 month and the apartment has all the items needed for long stays. In addition, the region is very well located and beautiful, several restaurants nearby. The condominium is safe and great structure. Communication with Mrs. Wilma was excellent, with clear and quick answers. I recommend it to everyone and for sure when I return to Maceió I will stay there again!!

Great apartment ( wide and airy and everything we need) to stay a few days. Well centralized, close to everything ( markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, bakery, etc.) and the waterfront with its sounds and sights. The staff of the building are friendly and helpful. E Mrs. Cristina and her family, complete the delightful reception. Loved it.

I stayed at Alexandre's apartment on April 13 and 18. On both occasions, everything was clean and organized and everything went well. Check in was fast, the location is great and the apartment is very comfortable. I recommend.

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

We very much like to have guests staying at the Ap da Lívia. Everything was very clean and organized, close to supermarket,pharmacy and restaurants the location is great. The shower was leaked and Lívia promptly arranged the concert, her husband went to the Ap and agreed. Many thanks Livia for always being concerned about our well-being.
