Calm 6 persons house with garden near Limoges

This 72 m² independant house, at the end of the road next to a wood, is build on a 560m² garden, kept clear by a gardener. Composed with 3 principals rooms and a conservatory with a cooler/heater which is the dining room. There is an alarm and every room has electric shutters. You can park in the common parking of the street. Perfect for all ages couples with or without young children. We don't advice this house for teenagers. Of course every nationality people are welcomed !

Nice cottage 2 bedrooms, 2 to 4 people (even 6), enclosed garden

If you are looking for a small secluded corner in the countryside, very fresh with its stone walls of 80 cm, here is a cottage equipped for 2, 4 or even 6 people in a quiet little village in Limousin. Step-free and adjoining our house, fenced garden. From October 1 to May 1, a flat fee of €15 per night is required for electricity consumption, to be paid upon arrival. Check-in hours after 5pm and check out hours before 10am. However, we remain flexible on these schedules.

The Glycines Cottage

My little house is located 20 minutes from Limoges and 5 minutes from Nexon. (20 minutes from Highway A20) A lot of charm for this large living room with fireplace, (wood for a fee) dining room with well-equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric oven and two gas burners) open to the garden. Bathroom with toilet and window. Mezzanine bedroom with baby bed, on request. Sofa convertible into a 120 bed for one person TV and internet access.

Le Boucheron

Le Boucheron is a master house from 1512 and 1850, elegantly renovated over 4 years by Jane. It is located in the middle of the family farm run by Nicolas. Jane and Nicolas will be happy to show you around the farm where they raise sheep and to direct you to the many activities to do in the area - hiking, canoeing, visiting Limoges and its porcelain, museums, lakes, zoo, tree climbing, castles and other historical sites. Near Limoges, in the countryside

My place is close to Limoges. It is independent and is located in the Briance Valley countryside. In the nearby area, you can visit the village of Solignac, the ruins of Chalucet, the Reynou park, the limousine park,... Oradour sur Glane is 30 minutes away. It can be the starting point for hikes. My place is great for couples, solo, and business travellers. Breakfast is subject to conditions.

At the top of a hill, the house faces the South. 10/15 minutes only from Limoges city but very exclusive, Le domaine de la chapelle blanche has a 2500m2 park and a secured swimming pool. Very big renovation works have been made during spring 2024 - On request and subejected to extra cost, pool can be heated from may to september

Gîtes d 'Athéna In one of the most beautiful villages of the Limousin, 16 km from Limoges and 10 km from Bellegarde Airport, the cottage is located in an independent house part of a 19th century farmhouse enclosed by walls, ensuring tranquility.
